“A localização é péssima, perigoso, tinha visto um valor pelo site, reservei pelo Booking para que fosse mais fácil, porém ao chegar lá, disseram que eu tinha que pagar no ato, como eu estava sem o cartão, não aceitavam pix, tive que atravessar a Cracolândia atrás de caixa eletrônico, e quando paguei o rapaz da recepção me confirmou que havia estava tudo certo inclusive o meu café... Fui almoçar, pedi panqueca, carne crua e pastosa, o atendimento da senhora que estava lá é deplorável, não reclamei pq pensei que estivesse em dia ruim, mas só reclamava e bufava na minha cara, gente isso é ridículo, quando fui tomar café no outro dia a atendente me diz que não estava incluso, como assim?! Eu paguei por isso e ainda confirmei, tive que sair e procurar outro lugar para tomar café, mesmo eu pagando. O gerente entra 09:00hrs da manhã, ninguém se quer pra resolver meu problema, só não chamei a polícia pois iria me atrasar, isso é um descaso com o ser humano. Vale ressaltar que o pessoal do estacionamento e o segurança que estava ontem 30/05 são todos uma graça... Enfim friso aqui minha indignação com a falta de atendimento e qualidade no serviço que dizem prestar a este hotel que nem de perto vale sequer um minuto.”
