“Excelente, habitaciones limpias, el hotel limpio, camas, sabanas, almohadas, todas cómodas, la habitación un poco pequeña para mi gusto personal (hay otro hotel, esta a una calle antes), tiene una habitación mas grande y a un costo menor, eso si, las instalaciones son mas antiguas. Estar en el piso 19 me encanto, nunca dormí en un sitio tan alto. Acceso a todo, sobre una calle principal, lastima los vagabundos de la plaza de enfrente, pero convengamos que en sao paulo hay miles de vagabundos, el problema esta en que el chofer del taxi me llevo al ibis paulista confundiéndose, pero todo bien!!. Y pasar del paraíso paulista, me llevaron a una zona un poquito mas sencilla. De volver no se si volvería, porque como les dije ya encontré sitio con una tarifa mas baja y tampoco me gusto el hecho que no pude utilizar los puntos de mi tarjeta accord, así que en serio no hay ninguna ventaja que me ofrezca ese hotel. Les agradezco por la hospitalidad, me sentí seguro, no se me extravió nada y pase bien. Fallo el sistema de fidelidad y no me siento atraído a ningún producto accord porque me parece puro cuento, acabándose mis puntos de bonificacion en fecha 28 de abril. Desde ya gracias!!.”

“Pros: -Bom café da manhã -Tem ferro de passar roupas -Me senti seguro dentro do hotel, apesar do local perigoso. Contras: -Iluminação ruim no quarto -Um dos elevadores estava com problemas -A porta do chuveiro não fecha direito e não tem um lugar para pendurar roupas ou toalha -O termostato não funciona direito -O banheiro e o chuveiro não têm tranca -O exaustor do banheiro não parece funcionar, demora demais para sair o odor -As toalhas de banho estavam com cheiro de cigarro Obs: -Se for ficar no hotel, recomendo pegar um quarto num andar alto nos fundos do hotel, porque colegas que ficaram virados para a rua e em andares baixos tiveram problemas com barulho -O hotel não oferece xampu”
