“Nice hotel in a very green and safe neighborhood.
However definitely not a 4-star hotel. The balcony was not very nice (no chairs or table, not well taken-care of), the pool surroundings also not up kept (used and a bit dirty lying chairs, bit disgusting walls and cheap plastic grass and the gym terrible, with extremely old-fashioned equipment. It's clear the hotel management did not invest at all in refurbishment for many years, although it is desperately needed.
The breakfast was not amazing, and the coffee was ridiculously bad. There was only a cheap machine offering something that was definitely NOT coffee.
We wanted to order room service, but they were unfortunately not flexible enough to change one of the side dishes - for a more luxurious hotel something that should definitely be offered. All in all a hotel with lots of potential but apparently not overly well managed.”
