Localização média, não é muito perto das principais atrações da cidade, mas dá pra ir de Uber para todas. Café da manhã regular pra bom, básico porém saboroso. Quarto ótimo, cama grande, chuveiro excelente. Atendimento também muito bom. Tem restaurante no hotel e bar também

El hotel está bien ubicado, la atención es muy buena, pero para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, le falta colocar cafetera en las habitaciones o en la recepción , la nevera en las habitaciones está vacía, llegamos tarde en la noche, y no teníamos nada para comer, pues cierran el restaurante a las 9pm, y tampoco tienen dispensadores en recepción para uno comprar

A equipe de reservas se recusou a me dar uma categoria melhor de quarto. Estamos falando de uma hora de discussão antes do check-in, seguida de mais 3 conversas sobre isso, sobrepondo-se ao dia 2. Ficou claro que havia disponibilidade para um quarto executivo on-line, mas eles não me dariam o privilégio que eu deveria obter como membro ouro do hotels.com. Eles não me deram o nome de seu empresário, e foi tudo muito ridículo. Após a conversa 5 e pedindo para falar com o gerente do hotel, recebo uma ligação para me dizer que posso me mudar para o quarto atualizado. Que desperdício de tempo de todos e um atendimento ao cliente terrível. Ou você trabalha com hotels.com e tudo o que está relacionado a isso, ou não. Você não pode escolher e escolher ..

El hotel es bonito y bien localizado, lo triste es que llegamos a las 10:00pm, pedí un té y ni en recepción ni el restaurant pudieron darme una taza con agua hervida... Sin embargo.. Cesar Bernal, la página que estuvo en puerta y nos acompañó a la habitación se puso a las ordenes y nos ayudó con todo, 100% excelente su atención y servicio, felicitaciones a su colaborador!!!!

Esta en una buena ubicación, con una buena vista pero el servicio de atención se podría mejorar bastante, los baños no son muy cómodos y tampoco hay calefacción. No hay Netflix, tampoco para hacer streaming a los televisores del hotel.

Las habitaciones muy buenas. Ordenadas limpias, servicio muy bueno. La comida regular. La punta de anca muy dura la ensalada que la acompñaba, claramente sabía agria, estaba trasnochada

En mi caso nos brindaron muy buena atencion, desde que llegamos nos permitieron entrar un poco antes ya que habiamos llegado demasiado temprano. Las habitaciones bastantes limpias, y el desayuno buffet muy bueno.

Reception staff - great Cleaning staff - great Restaurant staff - great Reservations staff - appalling The reservations team tried really hard to ruin my stay but fortunately the other staff elevated what would otherwise have been a 1 star rating. I booked a superior room and should have received a free room upgrade if available. The reservations team steadfastly refused to give me a better category of room. We are talking an hour of discussion before check in followed by 3 more conversations about it, overlapping in to day 2. It was clear there was availability for an executive room online but they would not give me the perk I should get as a gold member of hotels.com. They would not give me the name of their manager, and it was all quite ridiculous. After conversation 5 and asking to speaking to the manager of the hotel I get a call to tell me I can move to the upgraded room. What a waste of everyone’s time and just appalling customer service. You either work with hotels.com and everything that goes with that, or you don’t. You can’t pick and choose..

Staff is very friendly and helpful always willing to accommodate any request breakfast buffet was very complete and delicious , room was comfortable and clean, housekeeping always cleaned room thoroughly

Realmente a nivel de atención y calidad en servicio no hay queja alguna, todo muy excelente incluyendo la comida. Pero la climatización de la habitación no funcionó en toda la noche pese a que el técnico dió atención para lograr encenderla. Además del hecho que tuve que salir antes de la hora del checkout ya que el internet era demasiado lento como para atender mis obligaciones laborales.

I arrive at the hotel and they told me that they cant give me my room and don't give any reason they pretend to move to an other hotel just one of my five nights so I have to do double checking and check and the come back to this hotel, after arguing them they give me a room that have 2 beds for my wife and me, if you are going to travel Bogotá select any other hotel.---- Llegué a mi hotel cuando procedo a hacer checking me informam que mi habitación tiene un no Se que problema me informan que la solución es cambiar una noche de hotel y luego tener que volver al hotel, después de quejarme con el staff deciden darme otra habitación y está tiene dos camas cosa que para mi esposa y para mí no es solución.

Todo lo que me ofreció la página de ellos cuando entré fue lo que se me ofreció. El servicio del Desayuno fabuloso, nos atendieron de maravilla, mucha variedad y muy rico. El Hotel bonito y buen ubicado, habitaciones súper cómodas. Regresaría nuevamente con todo el gusto y los referiría sin pensar.

Very nice hotel in the north side of the city, located in the corner of carrera 15 and 100 street, good rooms with views of the south and east side of the city, also has free buffet style breakfast and the management is great 👍

This hotel is located in the perfect spot for everything you need! I was welcomed the first day by the Manager like it was home for me. The hotel staff is so courteous and very friendly. Any questions or issues you may have, was taken care of immediately. The breakfast buffet is sensational! So much variety with different dishes presented to you every morning. Also, which I find important today is the staff follow the procedures of Co-vid protocols very strictly. So anyone coming here to stay, need not to worry, you are in good hands. So to me this is the spot to be in if you want stay in Bogota. I will definitely be back again!!

This hotel is awesome, I stayed for 2 weeks. The location is great, the staff is kind, the rooms are very clean, the wifi is really good and the space is really good if you need to work from there. I will definitely stay there in the future!

Such a good place to stay. The area around is really safe, and there's a lot of restaurants and commercials that are close by. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help with anything. The buffet is actually really good. I'm really glad with the service I got.

Majority of the staff is friendly and the hotel is located in a decent neighborhood but the hotel accommodations are basic. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and the building is quite old. Dire remodeling is needed to enhance the place. It can get loud at night due to outside traffic and occasionally there’s loud noises in the building. The breakfast is basic and meets the value of the hotel. Room service is inconsistent but the housekeeping staff is nice. I would not stay here again but I do appreciate the welcoming environment.

Place was super clean, room was nice, staff were helpful and very honest-we forgot our iPhone charger. When we went back we were told housekeeping had saved it and we could get it at 8am the next morning when their housekeepers returned. It was there as promised. Location is great and breakfast was good. Excellent value for money☺
