“Well… I did not stay here, but my best friend and her best mate did. And it was Beautiful, it had a nice relaxing salt water pool. Very large room. Not quite sure the size. There were back patios and easy access to the lake, pool, gym!!!! Pretty sweet Hotel/Resort!”

“Overall, it was an average stay.There was no housekeeping service performed and not sure if that is the policy.I do have a concern about follow up after check out.I paid for my stay with cash and the person who checked me out offered a printed receipt or email receipt.I opted for the email receipt and have yet to receive one AND there is a pending charge on my credit card from the hotel.I'm hoping this will drop off soon and that I'll receive a receipt indicating that I paid in full.Update: over a week since check out and no email receipt and the pending charge still remains.Tried calling to speak to the GM but no answer.Finally someone answered the phone and said they will have someone in accounting contact me to get this resolved.We'll see but so far not impressed with their responsiveness and follow up service.”
