“Had a wonderful stay at the McCormick in Scottsdale. The Check in process was quick, front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable. I was there with a large party for an event, and the hotel staff was beyond accommodating and helpful throughout the entire stay. The pool was amazing, Salt water pool! Bar, and food was delicious. A little spendy, but that is expected at a Hotel so i wasn't too put off on it. Check out process was quick as well. Would definitely stay again”

Just ok. Not what I expected for the price.The tub backed up and did not drain,the handle actually broke off the faucet in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were excellent. View was nice,we ate in the restaurant and it was really good.Won't be returning.

No geral, foi uma estadia média. Não houve serviço de limpeza realizado e não tenho certeza se essa é a política. Tenho uma preocupação com o acompanhamento após o check-out. Paguei a minha estadia em dinheiro e a pessoa que fez o check-out ofereceu um recibo impresso ou um recibo por e-mail. Optei pelo recibo por e-mail e ainda não recebi E há uma cobrança pendente no meu cartão de crédito do hotel. Espero que isso desapareça em breve e receba um recibo indicando que paguei o valor total. Atualização: mais de uma semana desde o check-out e nenhum recebimento de e-mail e a cobrança pendente ainda permanece. Tentei ligar para falar com o GM, mas não houve resposta. Finalmente alguém atendeu o telefone e disse que alguém da contabilidade me contataria para resolver o problema. Veremos, mas até agora não fiquei impressionado com sua capacidade de resposta e serviço de acompanhamento.

Overall, it was an average stay.There was no housekeeping service performed and not sure if that is the policy.I do have a concern about follow up after check out.I paid for my stay with cash and the person who checked me out offered a printed receipt or email receipt.I opted for the email receipt and have yet to receive one AND there is a pending charge on my credit card from the hotel.I'm hoping this will drop off soon and that I'll receive a receipt indicating that I paid in full.Update: over a week since check out and no email receipt and the pending charge still remains.Tried calling to speak to the GM but no answer.Finally someone answered the phone and said they will have someone in accounting contact me to get this resolved.We'll see but so far not impressed with their responsiveness and follow up service.

Eu viajo a trabalho e fico em hotéis com muita frequência. Este é absolutamente o pior hotel em que já me hospedei. As paredes são muito finas podendo ouvir seus vizinhos. A condição é muito barulhenta e antiga. O interior do hotel é muito escuro, tem iluminação mínima. Também tem uma taxa de resort diária de US $ 25 que nem se compara à qualidade do resort. A roupa de cama é muito inconformável. O hotel em geral é pior do que um motel. Fique em outro lugar!

Pago por Quarto Superior. 2 camas queen-size com vista para o lago. Foi dado um 2 camas de casal e não uma vista do lago. Funcionários disseram que ela me deu o quarto superior. Mas não foi. Paguei pelo quarto superior por um motivo. Camas Queen maiores e metragem quadrada maior e vista para o lago. Muito desapontado. Gostaria que o quarto fosse tão agradável quanto olhar na galeria do site.

Bem ... eu não fiquei aqui, mas minha melhor amiga e seu melhor amigo ficaram. E era lindo, tinha uma piscina de água salgada relaxante e agradável. Quarto muito amplo. Não tenho certeza do tamanho. Havia pátios nas traseiras e fácil acesso ao lago, piscina, ginásio !!!! Muito doce Hotel / Resort!

Paid for superior Room. 2 queen beds with lake view.Was given a 2 full beds and not a view of the lake. Staff said that she gave me the superior room. But wasn't.I paid for the superior room for a reason . Bigger Queen beds and larger square footage and lake view. Very disappointed.Wish the room would've been as enjoyable as look from the website gallery.

I travel for work and stay at hotels very often. This is absolutely the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. The walls are very thin can hear your neighbors. The condition is very loud and old. Hotel inside is very dark, has minimal lighting. Also has a $25 daily resort fee that doesn’t even compare to resort quality. The bedding is very unconformable. Hotel in general is worse than a motel. Stay somewhere else!

Well… I did not stay here, but my best friend and her best mate did. And it was Beautiful, it had a nice relaxing salt water pool. Very large room. Not quite sure the size. There were back patios and easy access to the lake, pool, gym!!!! Pretty sweet Hotel/Resort!

Teve uma estadia maravilhosa no McCormick em Scottsdale. O processo de check-in foi rápido, os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto era grande, limpo e confortável. Eu estava lá com uma grande festa para um evento, e a equipe do hotel foi além de acolhedora e prestativa durante toda a estadia. A piscina foi incrível, piscina de água salgada! Bar e comida deliciosa. Um pouco gastador, mas isso é esperado em um hotel, então eu não estava muito desanimado. O processo de check-out também foi rápido. Com certeza ficaria novamente

Optei por atualizar meu quarto para uma piscina / vista para o lago e estou tão feliz por ter feito. Era tão bonito de se olhar. Surpreendentemente, não era barulhento devido às pessoas nadando. Bela mesa e cadeiras no pátio para relaxar. Ficaria aqui novamente, grande valor para o preço do quarto.

I opted to upgrade my room to a pool/lake view and I'm so glad I did. It was so pretty to look out. It was surprisingly not noisy due to people swimming. Nice table and chairs on the patio to relax. Would stay here again, great value for the room price.

Mackenzie at the front desk was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of the questions we had. I will be back again because of her! Not only was she great but the amenities offered are fun such as the canoeing and bike riding. Next time ill definitely use the heated pool. My room view was perfect as well!

Muy buen lugar , cómodo , el servicio en el counter súper bueno, precios flexibles, como hotel está muy bien ubicado en una zona donde puedes encontrar todo tipo de restaurantes muy buenos de muy buena calidad sin manejar mucho , cerca de la zona antigua de Phoenix , lo que hace que le de este puntaje fue pequeños desacuerdos que tengo en tema de limpieza el tiempo que estuve ahí , permanecí 3 noches y nunca me limpiaron la habitación , la ducha es muy pequeña y se tapo con facilidad , cuando intente destaparla estaba llena de pelos , fue algo súper repugnante , pero lo solucionaron , la puerta del baño nunca cerró , no sé qué función tiene , muy mal hecha , se puede corregir esos detalles y se que los harán , de todo lo demás , tiene una muy bonita área de descanso súper cómoda , con una excelente vista a las montañas , si volvería a ir y espero que hasta eso hayan corregido los pequeños detalles , muy bonito lugar , lo disfrute mucho , recomendado
