I have stayed on both sides of this resort and I like both. Hacienda side for families and Heaven side for adults. Now they have a new water park! My favorite restaurant on Heaven side is the French restaurant but Ciao also has a great breakfast buffet. The staff is very attentive and work very hard to make sure you are happy. Where else can you find a nightclub where you can dance in the water!

All-Inclusive Resort with wonderful service & amenities. We stayed in the Adults Only Side "Heaven" Each room has its own balcony with hammock & 2nd balcony with jacuzzi. Loved the natural pools that feed into the ocean. Food was wonderful with lots to do every day!

We had the best honeymoon we could ever ask for here! All the many restaurants and the late night cafe never made you feel bored. The room we had was two rooms connected by a door (we brought the kiddo and my best friend along to help) but privacy was not a problem. The rooftop hot tub was a great amenity we sadly did not get to use because of all the flies and stuff. We had to ask for it to be cleaned. We loved the night club and the foggy heated pools inside. Lovely game room and so much to do! We will certainly go back.

Stayed here for a week on the Heaven side and overall we had a great experience. Staff was always asking if you needed a drink or anything else. The swim up bar pool was usually full, we went to the pool on the side of it which was a much quieter crowd and more relaxing. We did not enjoy how many areas they had for members only. If we would of known this prior to booking we would have booked to include this. Food was overall all good, our favorite was the hibachi at Zen. We booked a tour through one of their tours desk and everything went smooth and we had a great time! Every resort I have been too has positives and negatives and this one was definitely on the positive side. The staff makes this place what it is and they are lucky to have the hard working and caring employees they have!

Our stay at HRH Riviera Maya was exceptional, we stayed in the Royalty area where we had our personal butler and he booked all the shows and dinners for us. They have a lot of activities and foam party to have fun. The best of this hotel they also have two different hotels in one, Heaven which is for adults and Hacienda for family and kids. Also they do have a water park which is include. Beside that Martha and Mirta from the spa were awesome it was a massage include for a couple and we really enjoyed, after that we did the hydrotherapy it was such a great experience. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to go back soon.
