“Stayed here for a week on the Heaven side and overall we had a great experience. Staff was always asking if you needed a drink or anything else. The swim up bar pool was usually full, we went to the pool on the side of it which was a much quieter crowd and more relaxing. We did not enjoy how many areas they had for members only. If we would of known this prior to booking we would have booked to include this. Food was overall all good, our favorite was the hibachi at Zen. We booked a tour through one of their tours desk and everything went smooth and we had a great time! Every resort I have been too has positives and negatives and this one was definitely on the positive side. The staff makes this place what it is and they are lucky to have the hard working and caring employees they have!”

“I have stayed on both sides of this resort and I like both. Hacienda side for families and Heaven side for adults. Now they have a new water park! My favorite restaurant on Heaven side is the French restaurant but Ciao also has a great breakfast buffet. The staff is very attentive and work very hard to make sure you are happy. Where else can you find a nightclub where you can dance in the water!”
