“Checked in deluxe room, tower wing with dinner and breakfast included in a package booked via MB. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and great hospitality service by the hoteliers. Check-in and out ran smoothly. Room is perfect and spacious for two, we like how the room was setup with the classy touch.
Just a comment on toiletries as they are not refilling the soap, lotions and conditioner that were readily in a bathroom so we had to call for assistance. Foods were okay, to lower the expectations for a 5-star dining experience, some were probable tasted very stale but good enough for a buffet, i supposed. Parking is RM15 per entry with unlimited in-out which required validation for each entry at the front desk.”

“Would give it 5.stars should the Internet speed faster. If you here for business then perhaps not a good place. The Internet speed might not even good enough for net meeting. Otherwise the room, bathroom, staffs were all good. Room was big enough and very nice bathroom indeed. Swimming pool is not that big after all. A heritage hotel it is. Good place for a high tea too.”
