“My family of 10 stayed at this hotel last week. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. The front desk bent over backwards to be helpful and accommodating. The kids loved the pool and the outdoor space was nice and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and really good. We had a great stay.”

“This hotel does everything right. The staff provide excellent service. The staff at the front desk worked to accommodate any requests (they let us store bikes, provided beach towels, etc.); the cleaning staff do a fantastic job; and the breakfast staff are helpful, thorough, and kind (accommodated food requests, allowed us to take some food even after breakfast closed, and cleaned tables quickly). The hotel is beautiful and welcoming (the lobby is bright, there are always snacks, and the pool is large, with a stunning waterfall). The rooms are very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The property is well located - it is very close to the airport, a short cab ride to the beach, steps from a robust shopping mall, and located on a central street in Ft Lauderdale that is a short walk/ride into Hollywood. We only had one complaint - the elevator right outside our door had a very loud bell that woke us up early in the morning. The front desk staff were not able to help us but they acknowledged the problem, were understanding about the situation, and tried to help, which is all we could ask. My stay was a few months back so perhaps they have fixed this already, and it likely only affects a handful of rooms. I highly recommend staying here.”
