“Here on a mini business trip. Staff are helpful and welcoming, no issues. Great overall customer service.”

“Overall I have no complaints. The customer service is good, the rooms are clean, and the food is good. I'd give them a 5, and it may seem as if I'm nitpicking here, but I wish they would allow for a more convenient plug but the bed. Today they have lamps with plugs and USB ports, yet this hotel does not have them. The plugs by the bed are being utilized by lamps and clocks. So, if you stay here have long cords or better yet, bring an extension cord.
Also, they have a pool, but it's kinda small and indoors. I'm a pool gal, so that's somewhat disappointing for me.
But the staff is always nice and helpful. So the one star off has nothing to do with the customer service. If I were reading them alone, I'd give them 5 stars easily. It's all about preferences.”
