“I would give this place zero stars if I could write a review without giving any stars. I had a family emergency and they stated they couldn’t give me a refund. So I left it at that. I checked in the night before my visit. Next day my reservation was gone and they wouldn’t give me a room at the same rate. I have to provide proof of a sick loved one. I can but it’s the principal of the matter. I know they had no problem renting the room to someone else. I will never do business with Hilton Honors again. The customer service representative talked over me when I was stating my issues. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. Not now!!”

“Buena relación calidad precio. Todo se entrega limpio, sin embargo por medidas covid no hacen limpieza a menos que lo solicites en front desk. Desayuno incluido es self service, pero todo está empaquetado y proveen toallas desinfectantes para las mesas y sillas. La cama, sábanas, colchón y toallas en muy buen estado y suaves. Pará mi gusto el colchón muy suave pero OK. Volvería a hospedarme aquí”
