We had 2 rooms for 3 nights - the rooms were tiny and the bathroom and shower were completely exposed - no privacy whatsoever! The pool was unusable. The service was horrendous - they didnât help...

This hotel is quite new, so something are need to be figured out. Best thing about this hotel is the parking lot and the port of santa Marta view from some rooms.
