I can not say enough great things about this resort and their hospitality. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. My parents stayed at this resort and tragically during their stay my step father passed on their trip. My mom was beside herself but the only thing that helped the fact that they were states away from their families, was the support and comfort she received from the amazing people at this resort. Everyone here treated her like their mother, sister or family. She was hugged and stopped and talked to by anyone and everyone on staff here. From the Manager all the way down to the housekeeping staff, everyone treated her so great until we could get to her to comfort her. This resort will forever hold an awesome place in our hearts because of the love and hospitality that my mother and then, we were given upon our week stay at the resort. We were all treated like family and even some of the people from the resort flew to FL to attend his service. The people here were just amazing. We appreciate them more than they know and we can’t wait to come back year after year.

This is the most fabulous place I have ever stayed at! Everything and everyone was exceptional! A special shout out to Brian in the Gold Lounge for going out of his way to make everything perfect. The service is spot on, the food is delicious, the grounds are perfection, the spa is so nice. To my knowledge, it is the only spa in Scottsdale that has a hot tub, steam room, sauna, cold plunge. They have fun aerial classes and a very nice gym, which I did use and Debbie is very friendly. For what you are getting, the price is right!! We have not stopped talking about how much fun we had. It was a little too cold to use the pools while we were there, so that will be for next time. My tip is to stay in Gold if you can. It's totally worth it.

We did not stay at the hotel. We went for their Christmas lights and holiday fun that they have. We went with friends which was really nice to see all of them and hang out together. I think it's highly overrated for what's there. You pay quite a bit just to get onto the property. Then they literally charge you for every single thing you do and the prices are pretty high for what little you get. I was also surprised at how some of the staff were not so friendly. I love Christmas and I love seeing all the lights and they plenty to enjoy. I also enjoy seeing all the kids have such a good time. The kids spent most of their time on the slide which they loved. Even the kids were surprised they didn't have more stuff to do. Over all the company we were with was the best part and made it enjoyable without doubt. I don't see us going there again though at least not for that purpose anyhow.

Just recently stayed at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for their Christmas at the Princess event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was issue with reservation as it showed 2 rooms booked, but the desk staff and manager on duty Jack were all very helpful,and resolved the issue without any delay. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Christmas at the Princess is truly an experience. Highly recommend. Thanks for your hospitality.

We have been coming to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for over 20 years. It never disappoints. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are vast and the food is amazing. We love to hike early morning and coming back and eating the breakfast served at the Ironwood American Kitchen was just beyond fabulous. We tried so many dishes during our 6 day stay and every one was fresh, well prepared and tasty! We loved dining at La Hacienda where you can sample some authentic well prepared delicious Mexican cuisine. Our room was spacious and was very quiet. The staff at the hotel is always friendly and helpful. What we like best about the hotel is you have so much room to roam. There are private nooks where you can sit by a fire at night and relax. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

This was an amazing resort. It was only a quick weekend stay, but everyone and everything was amazing. Also the fall festival that was going on was done so nicely. They had Halloween themed displays throughout the hotel grounds. It truly was a perfect reminder how fall weekends were as a kid. I definitely recommend this place as a family.

We had an incredible stay here! So much to do, great places to eat and relax and every staff member we encountered was pleasant. Really well run, beautiful resort with gorgeous grounds. The room was cozy and quiet too. Would love to return!

Finest customer service 4-5 star resort I have ever experienced. Valets are very friendly, efficient, professional and helpful! The hotel staff went out of their way to us feel special. Very happy to see group business returning here. Worth every penny spent here. Food at their restaurants was excellent as was the service.

On only day two and the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is going way beyond expectations. When we arrived, the manager had left hand written cards for my family, what a personal touch! The grounds are immaculate and spectacular views throughout the resort. The spa is the best my wife and I have been to. For context, we have been to spas in Italy (Rome and Lake Como), Germany, DC, Florida, and other places. And last but not least, the staff are all amazing.

Most beautiful resort I have EVER stayed at. 5 star amenities at every turn. From the fancy bath and body products to the furnished private patio! I have never been pampered like this at any other place. The spa was beautiful as well. I got my first facial as well as a long relaxing massage! This is my new go to place!!.

Amazing! We were there less than 13 hours and it literally felt like we were there for the whole weekend. Great staff, good food, amazing concierge service. Landscape is also beautiful. We might just be back for Christmas.

Super kid friendly. My little one loved the water works and slides. The entertainment area is pretty awesome with ping pong, shuffle board and pool. They've got about 4 different pools. The rooms are gorgeous and roomie. There is a small kitchen and decent size rooms. Definitely booking here again!

We stayed 5 days here. It is a large resort with many things such as multiple fun pools, restaurants bars and shops. Parking is easy and staff was fantastic. Check in was a breeze and she was helpful. Will come back for sure. Our last day the golf course had large amazing fireworks.

Like any arcade, your money can go fast here as you move form machine to machine... even faster than your bar tab. Still it's lots of fun to see old faves like Street Fighter and bubble puzzle here as well as reliable pin ball machines. For me though, I'm more impressed with the selection of beers on tap. I tried a couple of brews that were new to me including the cheekily named New Kids on the Hop and the Ascender IPA. The bartender was friendly and answered the questions we had about the brews. There's also a decent amount of seating if you're not wondering around the arcade games.
