“Do NOT order their shuttle service. Just trust me on this. They have zero respect for you and your time. They have driven off and left me chasing them then when my girlfriend called they made her wait an hour just sitting there. The staff in the hotel are friendly and nice. The bread fast is good. Rooms are decent. Based on the shuttle experience I will never stay there again. Tooany other hotels in the area and I fear the attitude of the drivers will spread across to the rest of the hotel staff.”

“I stayed here for work and my most recent trip had a pretty negative valet experience. I was coming in late around midnight and pulled up my car to valet park (it was dark/not many people around so I prefer this option over walking alone from the self park further away). The valet was visibly irritated by my presence when I asked if I could valet park my car because there were 15 or so other vehicles still waiting outside to park. I understand that must be difficult at the end of a long night but I don’t feel I should be turned away for this reason as a guest. I was encouraged to go to the self park which I ended up doing, but just was not a positive experience after a long evening of travel and walking alone in the dark in a relatively unfamiliar city.”

Common areas are newly renovated and beautiful. Hotel service was some of the best we have ever experienced. Rooms themselves are beginning to show their age (especially the bathrooms) but are still very comfortable and didnt detract from the overall wonderful experience of our stay. The business and group meeting facilities were top notch.

This hotel had great customer service and the room was nice however, there are a few things that prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating. The first thing is that the room could have been a little bit cleaner. The second thing is that there is a waiter there named Billy Jo that was extremely rude to me at the restaurant. The last thing is that when I reported how rude Billy Jo was the supervisor wrote a “report” and I haven’t heard anything back instead Billy Jo was allowed to insert herself into the conversation which resulted in her abandoning her duty as the Bartender/waiter to ask if there was a problem. I didn’t appreciate at that and I will not be back.

This was the 1st stop on a 10-day long road trip. We selected this hotel because of it's proximity to our route and services offered (food/beverages on site). As Hilton Honors members, we were able to keep expenses down with "cash & points" option for the room. Hotel proper and room were clean although it's past time for a "face lift" and updating. Front desk staff was friendly but neglected to provide water/cookie at check in. Food/beverage server was welcoming and prompt with our dinner/drink order. Disappointed that we were charged $10 for basic, self-parking in their open air (i.e. not covered/protected), on-site lot.
