Muito bem localizado. Camas e chuveiros excelentes. Tem um Starbucks ao lado. É muito próximo de um minimercado de frutas, água e lanches prontos. Vale visitar o Plaza hall foods.

Bellman staff was very helpful! Rooms where decent and bathrooms was still dirty when we checked-in. During the evening no staff was at the front desk and when we ordered food we didn't get notified until an hour after it had arrived. The parking associated with this hotel was a rip off, they tried to charge us $170 for 1 night even do the Hilton site said $40. HGV interest in members falls off after you become a member. They would rather loose members than try to keep the ones they have. I wouldn't stayed here again.

This location is near the South-end of Central Park. It is a better place (more bangs for the bucks) compare to the Mid-town location a few block down south. It offers better amenities, nicer gym, newer and spacious rooms. The famous Carnegie Hall is just blocks away.

The staff were very accommodating from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Upon arrival, they immediately greeted us and offered to take our luggage inside the hotel. Check in was smooth, staff was very polite and made us feel welcome. Housekeeping left our rooms spotless each day, and refilled our toiletries when they were getting low. They were very considerate and did not bang on our door and yell, but rather politely knocked and waited for us to answer. Another thing I loved about this hotel was the low amount of traffic noise; I was surprised how quiet it was at night, which made falling and staying asleep a dream. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and cozy. I appreciated how cold the room can get, so if you like your room to be chilly while you’re sleeping, you won’t be disappointed! Upon checkout, they offered to set up taxi transpiration to the airport, which is incredibly generous. Overall a great stay, I will definitely book this hotel again next time I’m in NYC! The good: great location. room size extraordinary, staff cordial! The not so good: limited amenities (it is a hotel room, not a resort!), poorly designed bathrooms (typical Hilton with attractive but dysfunctional bathroom). The ugly: limited preventive maintenance (flooring separating and curled up...wear shoes or slippers...it cut my foot!), sink clogged! Obviously no one paying attention to details. But, I would go back as the room size and location were perfect for me. Just wish they would fix the relatively easy to manage issues!

For some time the Quin was my hotel of choice when I stayed in midtown NYC. It was clean, hospitable, and convenient. That we before the pandemic. We’ve finally returned to midtown and I am sad to report that it has lost a great deal in the past 2 years. We splurged on a suite. $3800 for 3 nights. A lot of money. The hotel restaurant, a very nice convenience, especially for breakfast, closed for the pandemic and never reopened. So, no breakfast a all. Not brewed coffee or danish. We arrived on a Friday night. The hotel rep at the desk was nice. When we arrived at our suite we found a not very clean bathroom (the ½ bath was more clean) with a stopped up sink. A call to the desk brought a promise of someone coming up with the key to a different (hopefully functional) suite. 30 minutes later we telephoned the front desk again and 5 minutes later someone brought up a new key and took us to a different suite. The suite was fine enough. Not as nice, but fine. There was a k-cup coffee machine with some supplies. The towel supply was small, but fine. During our comings and going’s through the hotel we noticed that things were not wiped off (lots of finger marks). It was good evidence that the cleaning crew is understaffed. We left a note for the cleaner and she left more towels the next day. On the day of our departure we found out that check out time had been moved forward to 10am, which is very early. In my experience 11am is a relatively early check out time. We called and were told that we could extend that to 11, but not 12pm, because of “high occupancy.” We checked out at 11am and walked through the empty lobby. We will not return to the quin.

Convenient, practical, good cost/benefit ratioGreat balanced location, close enough to key touristic places but far enough to be not too busy/hectic. Next to a metro station and one or two blocks from other metro stations. Room and bathroom size is good, people at the reception and entrance are very professional and kind.

Our stay here was incredible! We went to NYC to visit museums and see a few shows. This hotel is located perfectly to do these things. We were able to walk everywhere, but there is a subway station across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful. Daily we returned to our room with the bed freshly made, the trash removed, and clean towels. This hotel is smaller than others in Manhattan and we never had to wait for the elevator. Our room was the perfect size for evening relaxing after a day full of museums and shows. We will definitely stay here again.
