“All I saw was people dressed up taking pics! Literally people were in there to just say they were there. I understand tourist behavior for me a local I wanted a vibe. 🤷🏽♀️”

“The room was very clean and comfortable and my stay would have been great, however the concierge didn't follow up with me. I spent about 15 minutes discussing options with him and he was supposed to text me show times and other options for entertainment which never happened. That was disappointing to experience at a property of your caliber. Also, there was a strange $50 destination fee added to my breakfast on Sunday morning that I almost didn't catch. I take issue with sneaky hidden fees, it's bad business. Why would there be an additional $50 fee for room service when I'm already staying at the hotel and paying the resort fee and room fee? It almost seems like a hidden fee that I'm guessing many guests don't even notice. This combined with the concierge who wasted my time and didn't follow through adds up to a dissatisfying experience. I will be hard pressed to stay at The Plaza in the future.”
