Myself and partner had a weekend break here to celebrate my birthday, the stay couldn’t have been better! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was fresh and had a wide variety.The shuttle bus was a great addition which allowed us to go into the centre of Amsterdam for free and return for free, it also ran every 20 minutes so we were able to use it at anytime.The room itself was up to a high standard and very clean. On my birthday we returned to the room to find the hotel staff had left me a surprise and a card which was a lovely gesture.

Great hotel, if you don't mind the distance to the city center. You can easily walk to the nearest metro and reach the center in about 15-20 minutes. I loved being able to leave the busy center behind and rest a little more quietly in the north.

Ótimo hotel nos arredores do centro de Amsterdã, mas o hotel oferece um serviço de transporte gratuito para a cidade e volta a cada 15/20 minutos, o dia todo dura 23h45 de volta ao hotel e você também pode pegar a balsa também gratuita, que é 24 horas de volta se você perder o último ônibus. Fica a cerca de dez minutos a pé do hotel, mas é fácil e direto. Hotel é limpo e amigável, os quartos são limpos todos os dias e frescos no seu retorno. Um hotel muito grande tem um ótimo bar que serve boa comida à noite, fomos apenas quarto, mas o hotel oferece um café da manhã muito bom em estilo buffet que tinha todos os dias e achamos que era muito razoável 67 euros para nós 4 por dia. Eu só dei 4 * como o banheiro não era muito adequado para pessoas com mobilidade limitada, meu parceiro tinha grande dificuldade para entrar e sair do chuveiro durante o banho, também o gel de banho e o xampu que estavam afixados na parede estavam no lugar errado. deveria estar no final em vez de estar no meio do banho, pois você batia seus braços neles constantemente ao tomar banho. Nossos netos adoraram o terno fitness e fizeram bom uso dele todos os dias. Nós com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente, pois ainda temos muito para ver em Amsterdã, uma coisa que devo dizer é que não é uma pausa barata, pode ser muito caro, escolha com cuidado e verifique os preços antes de entrar em restaurantes e lojas.

Este é um ótimo local para viajantes que visitam regularmente. É perto de mercados, parques e restaurantes. Os quartos são bons ... não as melhores camas, às vezes o sistema de controle de temperatura do ar funciona de forma intermitente. Muitas vezes há alguns mosquitos 🦟 voando nas áreas comuns. Mas os funcionários são excepcionalmente simpáticos e prestativos. Isso faz uma grande diferença. A academia é grande e bem equipada.

Excelente acolhimento, quarto muito acolhedor e confortável. Uma equipe sorridente e atenta ao bem-estar dos clientes. Os pequenos extras: o transporte gratuito que nos leva ao centro e o pequeno-almoço gourmet. Eu recomendo ! 🙂🙂🙂

Great hotel just outside the centre of Amsterdam but hotel runs a free shuttle intothe city and backevery 15/20 minutes , all day last one 11.45 pm backto hotel and you can also take the ferry also free , which is 24hrs back if you miss the last bus . Its about a ten minute walk to hotel buteasy and straight forward . Hotel is clean and friendly , rooms are seviced every day clean and fresh on your return . A very large hotel has a great bar serving great food in the evening we went room only but hotel does offer a very good buffet style breakfast which had every day and we thought wasvery reasonable 67euro for the 4 of us per day . I only gave 4 * as the bathroom was not very suitable for people with limited mobilitymy partner had great difficulty getting into and out ofshower over the bath , also the shower gel and shampoo which were affixed to the wall were in the wrong place they should have been at the end instead of being in the middle of the bath as youbanged your arms on them constantly when showering . Our grandsons loved the fitness suit and made good use of it everyday.We would definitely stay here again as we still have a lot to see in Amsterdam one thing i must say is its not a cheap break it can be very expensive choose carefully and check prices before you go into restaurants and shops .

Amazing hotel! Offers bike rentals to get around city. I definitely recommend it. The staff was awesome, clean rooms. I do gotta say the shower layout was not the smartest. But will come back here.

This is a great location for travelers who visit on a regular basis. It's close to markets, parks, and dining. The rooms are okay... not the best beds, sometimes the air temperature control system works intermittently. There are often a few mosquitoes 🦟 flying around in the common areas. But the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. That makes a big difference. The fitness center is large and well equipped.

Os funcionários foram ótimos e muito prestativos, as transferências de microônibus para a cidade nos pouparam muito dinheiro e os motoristas foram muito amigáveis. Não há muito no caminho para os veganos no buffet de café da manhã, então seria bom talvez expandir esse lado. Quartos super limpos e camas confortáveis.

Hotel muito limpo. Shuttle disponível para nos levar ao centro da cidade, muito conveniente para deixar o carro no parque de estacionamento do hotel (9€ por dia se bem me lembro). Pena que os recepcionistas falam muito pouco francês (por outro lado, um motorista de transporte fala francês muito bem e faz uma pequena visita guiada durante a viagem, muito simpática!)

Nice hotel on right outside the city..easy access to downtown still. Markets, and local shopping right by hotel. Rooms, are small of course.. but have what is needed. Hotel staff are friendly. Enjoy staying here with work.

Staff were great and very helpful, the minibus transfers to the city saved us a lot of money and the drivers were very friendly. Not much in the way for vegans at the breakfast buffet so would be good to maybe expand on that side. Rooms super clean and comfy beds.

It is a good place to stay over night, if you want something reasonable. Not fancy, the corridors aren't as clean as u would want from a hotel, it looks really old. The room is fine though.

Hotel muito limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos, excelente pequeno-almoço, serviço de autocarro gratuito que nos leva à estação central, hotel a 10 minutos do metro, único ponto negativo para mim a casa de banho contra a banheira ao contrário de outros quartos mais baratos ou as casas de banho são separadas da banheiro

Hotel muito agradável com um grande lobby na área de entrada. As vagas de estacionamento ficam em frente à porta e separadas de estranhos por uma cerca alta. O pessoal é muito simpático e competente, atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades! O café da manhã também é muito saboroso. Pelo preço, é um ótimo hotel!

Bom hotel. Limpo e atenciosa recepção. Hotel tem seu próprio serviço de transporte para a Estação Central. Muito bem! Mas na verdade isso não é necessário. 12 minutos a pé da balsa e você está no centro em nenhum momento. Éramos três pessoas em um quarto espaçoso com uma bela vista. Amsterdam North tornou-se linda e definitivamente vale a pena uma visita. Alugamos bicicletas no hotel, mas 10 euros por dia. Depois disso, não podíamos usar as bicicletas. Sem problemas, o aluguel das bicicletas foi imediatamente - sem perguntar - retirado da conta. Este hotel é altamente recomendado. Como Rotterdammers, pensamos que Amsterdam tinha ficado bonita com tantas construções novas. A arquitetura dos novos edifícios é surpreendente. Também caminhamos na área de Waterland e perto da vila de Durgerdam. Foi uma boa caminhada.

The staff is extremely professional and very courteous and helpful.Located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by many dining options and grocery stores.Hotel itself is underwhelming tho.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. It was close to work and a colleague had also been staying there and had a positive experience. The one minor thing I did not enjoy, was that the bathroom floor did not have any heating. The hotel staff always seemed positive and helpful. I will be staying in this hotel in the future when going back for work.

Se encuentra en una zona cercana al centro y muy tranquila. El servicio de transfer para ir al centro, resulta muy cómodo

Es moderno, seguro (vigilantes en la entrada, no puedes acceder a la zona habitaciones sin la tarjeta), el personal de recepción como del comedor muy amable, desayuno muy variado, habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda, disponen de aparcamiento propio por si vas con vehículo, con respecto a la ubicación... está alejado del centro, pero disponen de 2 minibus gratuitos que van dando vueltas entre el hotel y la estación central que está al principio de los canales de Amsterdam!!!

Bien situado, staff muy agradable, fuera del ruido de la ciudad y a un paso en ferry que funciona las 24 horas. Nos ha gustado mucho. Desayuno buenisino y camas comodas

Hotel alejado del centro pero a 10min del centro con su autobús gratuito. Buen desayuno buffet, y además cuenta con multitud de servicios.

Es poco centrico pero tiene una furgoneta gratis que te lleva al centro. El servicio amable y atento. Las habitaciones grandes i cómodas y con buen baño. Muy buen desayuno. Volveria sin duda

El hotel esta bien pero algo alejado del centro. Lo bueno es que tiene un bus gratuito que sale cada 15 minutos hacia la estación central (donde está el otro hotel NH). Tiene aparcamiento de coches y bicicletas. Buen desayuno. Hablan español

Excelente hotel. Apenas estuve un día y solo para dormir porque teníamos una reunión de trabajo en la zona. Muy buen servicio y muy buena atención. Habitación cómoda y agradable. Todo muy bien. A unos 25 minutos andando de la estación de tren de Ámsterdam central (20 minutos andando más ferry de 5 minutos que pasa cada nada de tiempo). Supongo que buena opción si vas a trabajar por la zona pero no para hacer turismo en Amsterdam (quizás algo alejado de la zona más conocida y turística de Ámsterdam).
