Hyatt resorts do not disappoint. Loved the experience. There are two pools; one for adult only. There's a casino and 18 yrs or older can enter. The staffs are courteous. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and could not be more happy with our choice. After much research we decided that we got the best bang for our buck booking the Hyatt. The hotel rooms were beautiful, clean and updated. The grounds were perfectly maintained and the landscaping was without a doubt the best in the high rise area. The Hyatt offers many different restaurants/bars and you can't go wrong with any option on the menu and the staff is so welcoming and kind. The pool and beach are so well kept and beautiful, you can not beat the views. We had many dinners within walking distance, but when we did need a taxi we were met at the lobby by the bellhop and he would flag a cab for us in one minute. It just takes away so much stress of traveling when its made so easy by this staff. We will without a doubt be booking the Hyatt again and we can't wait to see our favorite staff members when we do!

Excelente hotel, bem luxuoso, porém esperava mais estrutura pelo preço. Talvez seja pelo câmbio, mas aos brasileiros, vale a checagem com antecedência.

I got married here and it was honestly great, perfect. Saskia was so helpful and went above and beyond for our special day. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. However, I’m so disappointed in the fact that the charged my credit card for a random 900 dollars after paying in full before we even arrived. When I called to ask about the charge the customer service was absolutely terrible. I mean, on top of spending 10 grand on a room, my family just dumped so much money into that hotel for our wedding. The man I spoke to was not helpful, told me it was for our last nights stay but it isn’t the price of a night and we paid in FULL. Plus the charge occurred on the day we CHECKED OUT. We left with a balance of zero dollars. They did it to my parents as well but they were much nicer to them. He is supposed to send me an invoice so I can “figure it out” but I still haven’t gotten it. I also never authorized them to charge my card, so people double check your bills when you come home. I don’t usually write reviews like this but I’m so upset and disappointed that a perfect wedding and honeymoon was ended with extra charges and terrible service. I’ll go to Aruba again but this aggravation makes me not want to stay here again. Surely billing and customer service can be better for a high end resort.

Before the pandemic, this has been our an annual retreat every summer. Our family always have a great experience. Hotel employees are friendly and helpful, great amenities, beach front and huge pools for kids and adults, fine restaurants and well equipped gym.

Worst customer service - not expected for such a big name resort at that price tag. We booked the Hyatt for our Honeymoon and paid a lot more to stay there because of the brand and reputation of safety and amenities. 3 days into our stay after being out all day on a snorkeling tour and dinner, we returned to our door being unlocked and open; housekeeping forgot to retract the deadbolt after cleaning. Our door had been open for nearly 8 hours!!! My wife immediately called the desk to alert them to the situation and was told that "They do not typically do that and would make sure they close the door next time"........Sounded like a joke but it was their serious response. After calling a few more times and in speaking to both the housekeeping manager and front desk manager for about an hour getting 0% accountability, they offered to pay for 1/3 of our room service bill from only our first day. We are 100% not those people who complain, but paying top dollar at a high end resort in another country, you expect a certain level of professionalism and attention to safety; and when they fall short, you expect accountability. They took NO accountability and made us feel like jerks for asking for something to remedy the situation…..Especially when you are spending several thousand to stay there and another $1500 -$2000 at the resort. Aruba is a wonderful place and we will defiantly be returning, but not to the Hyatt. We can spend a lot less and stay at another resort that will do a much better job caring about the security of their guests.8/19/21 Follow Up:After NOT reaching out to call us to discuss with a person, this is the response I received:"I am truly sorry to hear of the experience you had at our Hyatt Property. I will contact the executive management team at on your behalf. By sharing your experience, you have a direct positive impact on future stays, which allows us to maintain the level of service that Hyatt is known for."They will share with management not to leave customer's doors unlocked and open and it will help with future stays.........what?Horrible.

Amazing hotel. Incredibly friendly and professional staff. The food is very good and the atmosphere is great in general. I had bad experiences in other hotels in Aruba. Hyatt is worth its price..

Gorgeous hotel with incredible views of the ocean. The beach is clean and if course the water is great. There is a family half and adult half of the hotel which makes it very enjoyable for couples traveling. Stayed for a week and would definitely recommend this 5 star hotel. Service is impeccable and continues to impress me. Everyone here is very nice and took care of our every need. Best hotel on Aruba for sure.

Muy mala atencion en el casino por parte de los mesones use sus maquinas de juegos por mas de 5 horas y no me ofrecieron ni si quiera un vaso con agua a diferencia de otros casinos que uno no a llegado muy bien ala maquina de juego y ya esta el mesonero deseandole bienbenida y que decea uno tomar

To begin with, my family and I was properly greeted from existing the aircraft straight to our hotel. The from desk clerk Grace Ann was extremely helpful, clean room, clean everything. Poolside and the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed it. We'll definitely return. Thanks to Raul and Jake our little helper they were extremely helpful.

🇧🇷 Excelente local pra passar as férias... Café da manhã incrível, quartos extremamente limpos, máquina de gelo (grátis), pé na areia, ótimas piscinas, atendimento muito bom, os jantares sempre com variação nós cardápios e a vista mais linda do Mar do Caribe. 🇺🇲 Excellent place to spend the holidays ... Incredible breakfast, extremely clean rooms, ice machine (free), foot in the sand, great pools, very good service, dinners always variation on menus and the most beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea.
