“Encontramos que el aseo puede mejorar, deben enviar supervisores a las habitaciones para validar que todo esté bien antes de entregarlas a los huéspedes, el mobiliario de recepción esta algo manchado dando apariencia de suciedad y no invita a sentarse Tambien estabamos esperando un mejor espacio para desayunar y una mejor presentación de los alimentos. El personal de recepción fue bastante amable y nos colaboró rapidamente en los procesos de ingreso y salida.”
