“This hotel is not open yet. I booked here because it was supposed to be open the weekend of my friend's wedding. When that date was not going to happen I was contacted that my reservation was moved to the Fairfield Inn. That was fine - as long as we had a place to stay. But they made a reservation for the wrong date, so when I arrived at the Fairfield Inn I did not have a room.
The best the General Manager of this property could do was potentially find a room in midtown, not helpful for a wedding in Brooklyn. Instead, my wife and I were forced to stay in a hostel-like room because that was the only room available in the area.
Very poor experience - and the hotel is not even open yet!”
