The location was amazing. All members of the staff we delt with were very accommodating! We did get briefly stuck on the elevator twice.

Location, location, location! The fact that a full breakfast is served, that the staff is very present, friendly and helpful, and that the room was comfortable with great amenities makes this one of the best places to stay in the Times Square area. We l NO!

Great location (we had a view of the Empire State!), clean well-appointed room, ideal for central Manhattan. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The only area for improvement is the breakfast room which could do with some extra tables and chairs - navigating it can be tricky with a family.

Liked this Hotel! Insanely beautiful view from the window: lights, cars - it looks magical at night. The room is very clean, but the bathroom is small (but I lived here alone and this didn't become a problem). The service is on top! The staff is polite, answer all questions, solve any problems quickly. Well done! I hope to be back here again :)

Stayed here over Thanksgiving for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. I did not do their event breakfast and went outside with all the other luntics and had a blast. The hotel is good and close to the subway. I've stayed there 2x.

Had a great stay at this hotel this summer during a family trip. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel offers storage for bags before check-in or after check-out. We had a corner room with very nice views of the city. The location is really ideal. Within walking distance of Times Square, the Rockefeller Center, Radio City Hall, Central Park etc... Right across from Bryant Park and subway access. Rooms are on the smaller side (specially the bathroom) but this is NYC and the room was still comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 3. Laundry room is helpful. Complimentary breakfast buffet is pretty good with sufficient choices. Definitely recommend this place.
