Rooms are spacious, clean and smell good. Staffs are friendly. New facility. Breakfast has variety of choices but not hot enough (coffee is warm and bread toaster is not working right) but not a big deal. Overall I will come back to Residence Inn by Marriott next time traveling. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e cheirosos. Os funcionários são simpáticos. Nova instalação. O café da manhã tem uma variedade de opções, mas não quente o suficiente (o café está quente e a torradeira de pão não está funcionando direito), mas não é grande coisa. I love this hotel but let me tell you about a situation that I felt could have been handled better . When washing clothes I put my clothes in the dryer And the machine took 3 of my quarters but no more and wouldn't give them back.When I told Staff at the front desk She stated her manager wasn't there and they had no more quarters.I told her I was only short 50 cent . I end up having to drive all the way to the gas station to get 2 quarters. Never got my three back but I still love the hotel. Eu amo este hotel, mas deixe-me falar sobre uma situação que eu senti que poderia ter sido tratada melhor. Ao lavar roupas eu coloquei minhas roupas na secadora E a máquina pegou 3 das minhas moedas, mas não mais e não as devolveu. Quando eu disse à equipe da recepção, ela afirmou que seu gerente não estava lá e eles não tinham mais quartos. Eu disse a ela que só faltavam 50 centavos. Acabo tendo que dirigir até o posto de gasolina para pegar 2 moedas. Nunca recebi meus três de volta, mas ainda amo o hotel.

Great location convenient to food and local business. Great place to stay. My room was very nice and had a great shower. Fully furnished kitchen and roomy. Full size fridge.I would stay for extended periods. Great pool and facilities. Excelente localização conveniente para alimentos e negócios locais. Ótimo lugar para ficar. Meu quarto era muito bom e tinha um ótimo chuveiro. Cozinha totalmente mobilada e espaçosa. Frigorífico completo.Ficaria por longos períodos. Ótima piscina e instalações.

A thousand thank you s to McKenzie from Residence Inn at West chase (our original reservation), she called to let us know the hot tub was out and got us set up here. Now that’s absolutely superior customer service!! Jameel welcomed us at the front desk with her incredible energy and got us set up quickly in a great room. This hotel has a great pool and hot tub and the free breakfast choice were great. The room was alway clean and had plenty of room to work in (when not in hot tub) High energy, great service earns a 5***** badge! Thanks guys and thanks again to McKenzie for always looking to take care of her guests with superior service. I appreciate you! Rooms are clean and smell good. Front desk is really sweet and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Clean towels stocked outside by pool. Super comfy beds. Great place to stay! Highly recommend! I stayed there for 4 months The Staff there starting with Rosalind, Beatrice, Glenda, Jameel and Chris were extraordinarily great! There was only one individual who I did not care for, which was the hotel manager, Shade. She was rude, impatient and heartless. Her people skills and customer service no one should ever have to endure in any establishment. I would recommend this place because there over and beyond attitude toward their guest with the exception of Shade. There was also a caterer by the name of Demorris Byrd, he could cook anything from home style to luxury cuisine! Lovely hotel to stay at! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was especially nice. Breakfast was a little bland but worth the rest of the perks!
