O hotel é funcional, mas o atendimento poderia ser melhor. O hotel não tem nenhuma comida para criança

Boas acomodações, atendimento ruim. Reservamos por um site e quando decidimos estender a estadia por mais um dia a atendente respondeu que não poderia manter o mesmo valor e indicou que fizessemos nova reserva pelo site. Pra piorar ainda precisamos mudar de quarto pois havia uma diferença de tarifa, pois só conseguimos fazer pelo site para um quarto mais caro. Disse que não tinha problema, que eu aceitava o quarto que estava pelo preço mais caro sem problemas (a diferença era somente o andar, quanto mais alto, mais caro) mas ela disse que não podia alterar nada na reserva e nos fez mudar de quarto. Tivemos problemas no cartão / chave do quarto duas vezes. Quando chegamos e quando trocamos de quarto. Para fechar no momento do check in um outro atendente disse que poderíamos ter feito sim pela recepção do hotel e como ficamos apenas 4 horas a mais, ele até poderia ter dado uma cortesia ou até estornado o valor. Enfim, um horror.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious . But not very clean. Mirror was dirty . Shower was good. Towels were good .front desk young children were fabulous ! Good stay overall. O café da manhã era bom. Os quartos eram espaçosos. Mas não muito limpo. Espelho estava sujo. Chuveiro era bom. As toalhas eram boas .recepção crianças jovens foram fabulosos! Boa estadia no geral.

Beds were Marriott quality. Clean facilities. Plenty of free parking. Close to the airport with free shuttle. Breakfast quality and variety was not great. They close down breakfast exactly on time even when there are a few people still dining. The key had to be updated daily which was an inconvenience. As camas eram de qualidade Marriott. Eles fecham o café da manhã exatamente na hora, mesmo quando há algumas pessoas ainda jantando. A chave tinha que ser atualizada diariamente, o que era um inconveniente.

I will definitely be staying here every time I come to Houston. Super friendly front desk and shuttle driver. BTW,PLEASE TIP THE SHUTTLE DRIVER AND ROOM SERVICE! I am in the service industry so it was a bit annoying that the other 4 people who rode the shuttle didn't even tip the driver so i went ahead and tipped on those strangers' behalf. People feed their families with tips guys!!!! But anyway,rooms are super spacious and the shower I could have fell asleep in- I had hot water raining on me and shooting at me from the front at the same time.A hotel with a nice shower is always a win in my book.There's a refrigerator and microwave- microwave had a set of paper plates and utensilsprovided which I've never seen before and that was just what I needed after ordering doordash. I just wished there was a food place/bar open downstairs (I arrived at 7:00) but just walked nextdoor to Courtyard and ordered from their Bistro (only 1 min walk).Pillows were super soft and the blow dryer was powerful (us females need this lol) only thing was that there weren't any hangers in the closet and no iron but I probably could have easily asked for it. But no complaints at all,will be staying here again!

Place was great and wasn’t bad! Cristina at the front desk was very nice. The room had some minor things needing attention. I wouldn’t mind staying here again. The breakfast was good as well. O lugar era ótimo e não era ruim! Cristina na recepção foi muito agradável. O quarto tinha algumas pequenas coisas que precisam de atenção. Eu não me importaria de ficar aqui novamente. O café da manhã também era bom.

Very clean hotel.There is a complimentary breakfast that was just perfect for our stay. If you want to spend money on a more extensive menu, go about a half a mile South. But overall no complaints.The staff from housekeeping to the front desk was exceptional. This might be the nicest, most friendly staff I have encountered at any hotel and I have stayed at dozens and dozens of different hotels around the country. In terms of location, you do need a car to get around. However, for being a big city it is easy to navigate. Staying near the airport is convenient for cutting down on travel timel to catch a flight anddropping off a rental car. There is also a nice little salt water pool that is not crowded if you are staying during the week. I would be happy to stay here again Hotel muito limpo. Há um café-da-manhã de cortesia que foi perfeito para a nossa estadia. Se você quiser gastar dinheiro em um menu mais extenso, vá cerca de 800 metros ao sul. Mas no geral sem queixas. A equipe de arrumação para a recepção foi excepcional. Esta pode ser a equipe mais simpática e amigável que encontrei em qualquer hotel e já fiquei em dezenas e dezenas de hotéis diferentes em todo o país. Em termos de localização, você precisa de um carro para se locomover. No entanto, por ser uma cidade grande, é fácil de navegar. Ficar perto do aeroporto é conveniente para reduzir o tempo de viagem para pegar um voo e deixar um carro alugado. Há também uma pequena piscina agradável de água salgada que não está lotada se você estiver hospedado durante a semana. Eu ficaria feliz em ficar aqui novamente

É muito limpo, tem quartos espaçosos, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, fica a 10 minutos do aeroporto, transporte para o aeroporto está incluído no preço que você paga e eles têm opções de café da manhã quente e frio. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente na próxima vez que estiver em Houston, perto de IAH.

Our flight arrived early and so I called the hotel hoping the shuttle could pick us up. Not even 10mins, and the shuttle was there for us. Breakfast was limited but filling. Clean room. Great location. The Internet is stable too. Cant say much about the pool since we were too exhausted to check it out. Nosso voo chegou cedo e liguei para o hotel esperando que o ônibus pudesse nos pegar. Nem mesmo 10 minutos, e o ônibus estava lá para nós. O café da manhã era limitado, mas farto. Quarto limpo. Ótima localização. A Internet também é estável. Não posso dizer muito sobre a piscina, pois estávamos exaustos demais para conferir.

Shuttle imposible de pedir desde Aeropuerto hacia Hotel. Generalmente nunca responden llamadas en front desk para solicitar el servicio. Sobre el hotel… excelente locación, muy accesible… las condiciones de instalaciones están excelentes, limpio y sobre todo las habitaciones en excelente estado, limpieza y funcionalidad. No presentan etiquetas de habitación sanitized sin embargo deben de estar limpias.

El hotel y sus instalaciones son muy cómodas, la atención de todo el personal es muy buena. El shuttle que va del aeropuerto al hotel funciona las 24 horas lo que lo hace muy accesible y como están muy cerca del aeropuerto en Houston llegan muy rápido por ti. Tu estancia incluye un desayuno continental que está muy equis, pero el.cafe muy sabroso! Las camasmuy suaves y todo muy limpio.

I'm very pleased with this hotel and having it so close to the airport is a wonderful find. My room was very clean and quiet for our brief one night stay. Entering the parking lot can be a bit tricky...
