“We had 2 main issues while staying here, the first being the discovery of ants in the bed frame the mattress lays on. The staff did get it clean and we didn't see any more ants but it's just not something you'd expect at a place that is so expensive. Second is while the staff was very nice they were pretty obviously understaffed and it effects the experience pretty severely, like waiting 1.5 hrs for a valet parked car or 1hr for a beach towel and chair assignment.I'm sure COVID is apart of the issue and also the busy time between Christmas and New Years, but once again for a premium hotel you expect the issues to be known and planned for. Nice location good food usually helpful staff and nice decor and comfortable furniture save this rating from being lower.”

“Overall great location and most of the staff was fantastic. The front desk however passed off a bed as king that is in no way a king bed. Plus my wife had booked and paid extra for an ocean view, and it was at best a partial ocean view. Cadillac should be honest and say partial ocean view and not pass off a non king bed as a king just because it's slightly bigger than a queen but obviously smaller than a king. Nonetheless the beach service and the restaurants' services were great! The guys working the umbrellas were most helpful. The ability to sit at the beach bungalow restaurant with toes in the sand and good food and drink was lovely. The breakfast buffet was fresh and the staff was friendly and great.”
