Quarto pequeno, ar condicionado barulhento, mas a localização é ótima, metrô bem perto

Parece haver alguma variação e ambigüidade nas propriedades individuais da Marriott em relação à oferta do Day Pass; Definitivamente, eu teria reconsiderado minha estadia se soubesse que este hotel era das 10h às 18h, em vez do Marriott's declarado das 6h às 18h (adiei meu check-in para as 9h, mas vim antes e me disseram que eles só poderiam me acomodar até 16h30 por vir fora do horário tradicional).Fui transferida para outro quarto pela maravilhosa Jessica, a gerente da limpeza, porque a cama do meu quarto original tinha uma grande mancha. Ela realmente salvou o que de outra forma seria um dia um tanto chato neste hotel. Um pouco surpreso, porém, não foi oferecido um desconto no quarto ou um tempo de check-out prolongado pelo inconveniente; foi uma experiência de aprendizado com certeza.

There seems to be some variation and ambiguity from individual Marriott properties regarding the Day Pass offering; I definitely would have reconsidered my stay if I knew this hotel honored 10 AM to 6 PM rather than Marriott's stated 6 AM to 6 PM (I pushed my check-in to 9 AM, but came before and was told they could only accommodate me until 4:30 PM for coming outside their traditional time). I was moved to another room by the wonderful Jessica, the housekeeping manager, because the bed in my original room had a large stain. She truly salvaged what was otherwise a mildly annoying day at this hotel. A bit surprised I wasn't offered a discount on the room or an extended check out time for the inconvenience, though; it was a learning experience for sure.

Nós tínhamos um quarto limpo e agradável. Pequeno, mas bonito. Não há refrigeradores, então peça um. Nossa janela ficava ao lado de uma unidade barulhenta que, para algumas pessoas, talvez fosse muito barulhenta. Dormimos bem. Eu recomendaria este quarto. Boa localização

Was a little hesitant to stay here based on some recent one star reviews but I had a great experience. Yes the room was small but that’s what you should expect for a Manhattan hotel at this price level. Typically we don’t spend much time in the hotel room so not a huge issue. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We had a nice clean room. Small but nice. No refrigerators though so ask for one. Our window was next to some loud unit which for some people maybe too noisy. We slept well. I would recommend this room. Good location

Nice hotel, reasonable price for the location. The room was ok; the bathroom was super large. Beautiful city view. However, the bedsheets waste not appropriate because they were not fitted. This caused the sheets to come undone every night so make sure you check that. You also must request housekeeping a day before you want the service, otherwise we did get fresh towels same day and we're delivered promptly by the front desk. Security was also good because your room key is required to enter from the outside during the hours of darkness. We also filled up on water from the ice/water machines in the hallways which was very convenient.

Agradable estadía

Excelente habitacion, limpia, hermosa, check in rapido, cafe, chocolate caliente, frutas, periodico y el wi-fi gratis. Todo de maravilla lo recomiendo.

Todo está limpio, almohadas super cómodas, el personal es amable, está cerca del Subway, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero tienen todo lo necesario!
