Excelente custo benefício! Ótima localização. Próximo a Fort Lauderdale e às praias. Mais próximo e mais barato do Outlet Sawgrass Mills do que os hotéis ao redor do aeroporto de Miami. Serve ainda de ponto de partida para passeios a Everglades.Além disso, está localizado em frente a um Walmart Supercenter e ao lado de uma Walgreens.

Trocamos 3 vezes de quarto... baratas, cheiro horrível de mofo e café da manhã fraquíssimo!!! Além disso, o hotel é mal frequentado...muitos caminhoneiros e pedreitos hospedados lá que ficavam tomando cerveja a noite no estacionamento do hotel.

Os quartos são bastante ruins em comparação com outros hotéis. Buracos no tapete, cadeira de couro quebrada, geralmente não é uma boa impressão. As camas eram limpas e ok .... O quarto tinha uma grande caminhada no chuveiro, polegares para cima para isso. Infelizmente, havia apenas waffles no café da manhã .... O suficiente para uma noite para entrar no avião na manhã seguinte!

Linda foi excepcional!!!! Meu amigo e eu tivemos um voo cancelado e ela nos deixou fazer o check-in muito cedo e um check-out tardio. Meu dilema de voo foi um desastre e sua gentileza foi muito apreciada. Além disso, gostaria de agradecer a Winston que nos pegou no aeroporto. Ele foi incrivelmente gentil e empático quando contamos a ele nossos problemas de voo. Verdadeiramente excelente equipe e serviço e não posso agradecer-lhes o suficiente.

Hotel muy desagradable, alfombras manchadas y terriblemente sucias, maloliente, camas con orines. Terrible experiencia, deberían cerrarlo no es apto para alojar a ninguna persona.

The staff here was so amazing when our travel plans were flip flopping and we needed a place to sit and work it out. They were willing to accommodate us however the end result. Thank you TEAM for your kindness

Linda was exceptional!!!! My friend and I had a cancelled flight and she let us check in very early and a late check out. My flight dilemma was a disaster and her kindness was very much appreciated. Additionally, I would like to thank Winston who picked us up from the airport. He was incredibly nice and empathetic when we told him our flight troubles. Truly great staff and service and cannot thank them enough.

Este é um local muito agradável. Não importa por que caminho eu viajasse para fora do estabelecimento, nunca me encontrei no gueto. O quarto era muito limpo e era silencioso, embora eu tivesse um quarto perto da recepção. A equipe foi tão simpática tão prestativa e forneceu tantos sorrisos. Eu recomendo ficar neste estabelecimento se você estiver vindo em qualquer lugar no sul da Flórida. Fica a apenas 7 minutos de South Fort Lauderdale e, dependendo da época do ano, fica a 20 a 30 minutos de onde toda a ação acontece em Fort Lauderdale. Eu não me lembro do nome dela, mas a senhora com o cabelo preto comprido na recepção era a pessoa mais incrível que eu já conheci. Ela me fez sentir bem-vindo, ela me fez sentir confortável e me fez sentir como se eu pertencesse lá. Muito obrigado por uma noite de sono maravilhosa. A cama era confortável, tudo perfeito.

Very disappointed. Little things like loud front sliding doors, non working back door so if you park in the back you have to walk around to the front, and non-working ice maker on first floor were annoying.However, what is most unacceptable are the rooms!The beds were fine, clean and comfortable.The carpet (ughhh carpet) were grimey.The furniture was mismatched and worn out.The chair was worn out.The furniture old and disgusting.Do yourself a favor when staying at any hotel in the future- ask them when the property was last updated.A box TV would not have been out of place in my room.Seriously, I would guess that it was last updated over 20 years ago and that is a lot of wear & tear for a hotel room.Do not stay here until they renovate.I paid $200 a night and they chargeup to $400 a night during peak times, so they have the funds to do so!

This is in a very nice location. No matter which way I traveled out of the establishment I never found myself in the ghetto. The room was very clean and it was quiet, even though I had a room close to the front desk. The staff were so friendly so helpful and provided so many smiles. I highly recommend staying at this establishment if you are coming anywhere in South Florida. It's only about 7 minutes from South Fort Lauderdale and depending upon what time of year it is 20 to 30 minutes from where all the action happens in Fort Lauderdale. I do not remember her name but the lady with the long black hair at the front desk was the most amazing person that I've ever met. She made me feel welcome she made me feel comfortable and she made me feel like I belong there. Thank you so much for a wonderful night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, everything was perfect.

Amplia habitación pero sucia, había feo olor y no hay forma de ventilarla. Dice desayuno y yo a eso no lo llamaría desayuno, un café, un jugo y un sandwich para poner en el microondas y consumir en la habitación. No me gusto y no lo recomendaría.

Era justo lo que esperamos, limpio, personal amable. Particularmente no me gustó que hay un leve olor a humedad de la alfombra. El desayuno es Grab & go por la pandemia (si eres de los que come mucho, considera un desayuno alternativo)

Hotelviejo y muy mal mantenidosus instalaciones totalmente sucias y desarregladasla gente que atiende el Front desk es supremamente amable pero no tiene ninguna forma de solucionar y colaborar con los demás de housekeeping y de limpieza así que es una pésima opciónaún siendogratis hospedarse sería demasiado costoso

Es la primera vez que vengo a Miami, soy argentina, este hotel! Siendo 3 estrellas es un lujo allá, los hoteles de esta índole son 5 estrellas. El personal es muy agradable, el desayuno es muy pobre, podría haber algo mas, la limpieza esta bien aunque es regular, no limpian todo con exactitud. Solo aspiran hacen las camas y cambian toallas. Las camas son extremadamente comodas. Al igual que las almohadas Los últimos días se llenó de negros, y yo no tengo ningún problema con ellos pero muy problematicos y nos trataban mal xq pensaban que éramos yankees. Muy quilomberos. Ponían música a cualquier hora andaban en bolas por los pasillo. El personal no se hacía cargo respecto a esto xq no querían problemas.. NO VOLVERÉ.
