It’s crazy because my stay was nice at first. The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. But I will not be staying here again. The morning of check out, I woke up to 140 dollars having been charged to my account for absolutely no reason. I was told since I booked through a third party that they only needed my card for the 50 dollar security deposit. I asked the manager why 140 was taken from me. She had no idea what it was about or why. She couldn’t tell me what it went to. But clearly it was taken. The third party website also spoke to them cause they also took a payment of 183 the next morning after we were already checked out and home. I still don’t have my money back. The incident threw me deep into overdraft on my account and then like almost 80 dollars of overdraft fees hit because of it. The hotel and third party booking argued for like two days over who was going to give me my money back after I emailed them the picture of my double charge. Neither of them wanted to take responsibility for it and I still don’t have my money back from either of them. I will not be staying here anymore nor booking through the third party. First ever time doing this and all I end up with is stress and anger.

This hotel was built with rooms on two sides. There is a quiet side and a very noisy side due to heavy traffic and thin walls. They know that the noisy side is very loud but they don’t make guests aware of this. When guests complain about the noise they are offered ear plugs bc they actually have ear plugs to offer to guests. We heard at least three other guests complaining about this. The staff is not friendly when confronted, but will admit they have a problem. My family was exhausted the following day due to lack of sleep. This was a terrible experience.

Room smelled horribly, no breakfast because “the kitchen staff didn’t show up”. The heavyset overnight worker was SO rude. Rolling her eyes, smacking her lips, threw the room keys and my license on the floor. Reported her to Marriott Corporate and to the police. GM is incredibly fake. Unprofessional, snobby attitude. Plenty of traffic. Will do my best to help Marriott see that this property is tarnishing their reputation and doesn’t come remotely close to meeting their standards.

Fantastic service from them. They gave us lots of help to diagnose the problem with our leaking boiler and sorted it out for us very fast, doing extra work without additional charge. Very reliable, we would absolutely recommend them and will always call on them in the future. Thanks for the amazing job!

It's the cheapest Marriott property around with free parking. Make sure you have appropriate expectations. No issues with booking, rooms, check-in etc. Gym was a bit run down as the treadmills were slippery when running on them (belt slips) so be careful. Front desk at checkout was absent and smells like smoke but you get what you pay for.
