“As camas são extremamente duras. Eu deveria ficar por 6 noites. Reclamei após a primeira noite e eles não fizeram nada. Depois que reclamei na segunda noite, eles disseram que mudariam meu quarto. Eles não mudaram meu quarto até as 3 noites. Foi o mesmo, então acabei de reservar um hotel completamente novo. Não perca seu tempo ou dinheiro. Parece bonito, mas é barato e você pode encontrar hotéis muito melhores pelo mesmo preço. Além disso, sua versão de limpeza é usar um pano sujo para limpar a pia e usar o mesmo pano para limpar outras superfícies. A pia e o chuveiro eram nojentos. Não tenho certeza de como eles estão conseguindo se safar com a classificação deste hotel de 4 estrelas.”

“Check-in fantástico e eficiente. O quarto era incrível, muito espaçoso, limpo e chique. A cama cabia 5 pessoas! As portas dos quartos são bastante estranhas. Como você pretende pendurar a placa “Não perturbe” sem a maçaneta da porta? Check-out fácil e a garagem é excelente.”
