Um dos melhores hotéis em que estive em minha vida em Buenos Aires, uma excelente área de Puerto Madero, cheia de restaurantes e vistas excepcionais, a atenção do hotel 100%, mencionando a excelente atenção em todos os momentos de Leo, Antonella e Damián, A atenção de Yael e Ivana quando fiz a reserva, as águas de cortesia que nos deram, o quarto espetacular, o café da manhã muito completo e variado, assim que você sai do quarto, eles fazem você se sentir em casa, eles cuidam de sua bagagem, eles perguntam pelo táxi deles, que é um pouco mais caro mas não demora muito, você pode usar todas as facilidades como se ainda estivesse no quarto, aqui vale muito a pena o que você paga e vale a pena voltar, eu não ver É hora de voltar, não tenho palavras além de gratidão e admiração, obrigado!!!

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que estuve en mi vida en Buenos Aires, excelente zona la de Puerto Madero, lleno de restaurantes y vistas excepcionales, la atención del hotel un 100, nombrando la excelente atención en todo momento de Leo, Antonella y Damián, la atención de Yael e Ivana cuando hice la reserva, las aguas de cortesía que nos dieron, la habitación espectacular, el desayuno muy completo y variado, una vez que uno se retira de la habitación, te hacen sentir en tu casa, te cuidan el equipaje, te piden el taxi de ellos, que es un poco más caro pero no tiene demora, podés usar todas las instalaciones como si siguieras en la habitación, acá realmente vale la pena lo que se paga y vale la pena volver, no veo la hora de volver, no tengo palabras más que de agradecimiento y admiración, gracias!!!

One of the best hotels I've been in in my life in Buenos Aires, an excellent Puerto Madero area, full of restaurants and exceptional views, the hotel's attention 100%, mentioning the excellent attention at all times from Leo, Antonella and Damián , Yael and Ivana's attention when I made the reservation, the courtesy waters they gave us, the spectacular room, the very complete and varied breakfast, once you leave the room, they make you feel at home, they take care of you luggage, they ask for their taxi, which is a little more expensive but doesn't take long, you can use all the facilities as if you were still in the room, here it's really worth what you pay for and it's worth going back, I don't see It's time to go back, I have no words other than gratitude and admiration, thank you!!!

Exelente hotel y ubicacion

Praticamente tudo no hotel foi decepcionante. É novo, com poucos meses de funcionamento e a equipe não está treinada para um serviço 5 estrelas e possui falhas de gerenciamento. Ficamos hospedados em duas ocasiões no mês de Julho. Na primeira vez o quarto tinha máquina de café mas oferecia somente 2 cápsulas por estadia! As cápsulas adicionais eram cobradas à parte e fui informado disso de uma maneira muito rude pela recepcionista quando liguei para pedir mais. Isso em um hotel que cobra mais de 200 dólares a diária é inaceitável! Na segunda estadia nos colocaram em um quarto que nem tinha máquina, apesar de ter reservado um com esse item pois gostamos de apreciar um bom café/chá no quarto após um dia de caminhada sem precisar ir a uma cafeteria. Produtos de higiene e amenidades não eram repostos pela camareira. Não havia chinelos no quarto, apenas roupão. O café da manhã oferecia bons produtos mas o pessoal definitivamente precisa de mais treinamento. Os pratos quentes à-la-carte que pedimos não estavam bons, parecendo ter sido feitos com pressa e de qualquer jeito (omelete cru, sem graça e mal apresentado). Ao checkout ainda cobraram por itens do frigobar que não consumimos. Enfim, se quiser agradar a um público diferenciado tem muito trabalho a ser feito.

Excelente hotel, tudo muito novo e organizado. Não há reclamação alguma sobre a equipe, sempre muito atenciosos. Fizemos algumas solicitações e fomos atendidos de imediato. Recomendamos muito este hotel e já programamos a volta, ainda em 2022.

Pretty much everything about the hotel was disappointing. It is new, only a few months old and the staff is not trained for 5 star service and has management flaws. We stayed there twice in July. The first time the room had a coffee machine but it only offered 2 capsules per stay! Additional capsules were charged separately and I was informed of this in a very rude manner by the receptionist when I called to ask for more. This in a hotel that charges more than 200 dollars a day is unacceptable! On the second stay they put us in a room that didn't even have a machine, despite having booked one with this item because we like to enjoy a good coffee/tea in the room after a day of walking without having to go to a coffee shop. Hygiene products and amenities were not replenished by the maid. There were no slippers in the room, just a bathrobe. Breakfast offered good products but staff definitely needs more training. The a-la-carte hot dishes we ordered were not good, seeming to have been made in a hurry and in no way (raw omelet, bland and poorly presented). At checkout they still charged for items in the minibar that we did not consume. Anyway, if you want to please a different audience, you have a lot of work to be done.

Great hotel in Porto Madero. Rooms were clean and new, staff was helpful and nice. Ótimo hotel em Porto Madero. Os quartos eram limpos e novos, a equipe foi útil e agradável.

Me quise acercar a averiguar para quedarme en el hotel, ya que en esta oportunidad estaba todo reservado, pero tenía intenciones de volver ya queparecía un buen lugar y quería verlo de cerca, y como conseguí lugar en otro hotel a tres cuadras, me quedaba De passagem. Eu estava com um amigo, que queria tirar uma foto da frente, e um guarda, ou o zelador que estava sentado na mesa principal, saiu de dentro gritando que era propriedade privada e que não se podia tirar fotos o lugar. Ele muito agressivamente nos convidou a sair, insistindo que era propriedade privada (o que ele não disse em nenhum lugar, já que é um hotel, e não pulamos nenhuma cerca ou qualquer coisa para nos sentirmos infringidos). Uma situação de violência excessiva para quem quer ver as instalações do local (com a intenção de ficar). Se qualquer um de nós respondesse alguma coisa, pegávamos abacaxis. Nós nunca poderíamos chegar à porta. Nossa aparência também não foi a causa, insisto que ficamos a três quarteirões do local. É inaceitável que este seja o acordo e essa pessoa continue a trabalhar lá. Não chamei a polícia porque estava de férias e não ia piorar meu tempo, mas aquele homem não pode estar na frente de uma recepção, nem mesmo como segurança, se esse é o trabalho dele. SLS não pode permitir isso

Me quise acercar a averiguar para quedarme en el hotel, ya que en esta oportunidad estaba todo reservado, pero tenía intenciones de volver ya queparecía un buen lugar y quería verlo de cerca, y como conseguí lugar en otro hotel a tres cuadras, me quedaba de paso. Estaba con un amigo, que quiso sacar una foto del frente, y un guardia, o el conserje que estaba sentado en la mesa principal, salió desde adentro gritando que era propiedad privada y que no se podía sacar fotografías del lugar. Nos invitó muy agresivamente a retirarnos insistiendo que era propiedad privada (cosa que en ningún lado decía siendo que es un hotel, y tampoco saltamos ninguna valla o algo como para sentirnos en infracción). Una situación de una violencia desmedida para alguien que quiere ver las instalaciones del lugar (con intenciones de hospedarse). Si alguno de los dos le contestaba algo, nos agarrabamos a las piñas. Nunca pudimos llegar a la puerta. Nuestro aspecto tampoco era la causa, insisto en quenos hospedamos a tres cuadras del lugar. Es inaceptable que ese sea el trato y que esa persona siga trabajando alli. No llame a la policía porque estaba de vacaciones y no iba a empeorarme el mal momento, pero ese hombre no puede estar al frente de una recepción, ni siquiera a modo de seguridad, si es queera su función. SLS no puede permitir esto
