Misled a party of 5 by saying there was no minimum spend on a Sunday afternoon (not brunch) when booking on the phone, and being told when arriving that it's a £50 minimum spend, not even offering an apology and not committing to following up, just saying "reservations are a different team". Very poor experience and went elsewhere - avoid.

Large and comfortable rooms. Modern atmosphere at one of the best locations in town. A variety of food options on-site and plenty of spots to choose from nearby. Good access to tube stations. Friendly staff and attentive management. Consider booking directly with the hotel as their packages offer additional value. For families with teenage kids, the connected VIBE suite is a nice setup.
