“it was good for what i needed it for. room was compact and clean, and it was very close to the mall where i could get some things that i needed for my stay in brazil. overall 9.5/10.”

“Sempre me hospedei no Ibis, porém essa foi de longe a pior experiência. Atendimento grosseiro e sem um pingo de cordialidade feito pela atendente Lidiane na recepção, nenhum recepcionista se mostravam felizes em atender os clientes o que torna a experiências cara negativa. Limpeza péssima, box com lodo e mofo no teto, quarto com cheiro ruim. Cobraram para guardar a bagagem, mas não tinha local adequado para guardar, deixaram no chão de um sala que fica aberta onde qualquer funcionário. As acomodações são boas, porém lembrem, não há privacidade quanto ao chuveiro.”
