Comida muito boa e diversificada, tudo sempre muito limpo...adequado para famílias. Gostei muito

Hotel um pouco antiquado. Alimentação muito variada. Praia em frente ao Hotel, praia com areal extenso e águas muito limpas e calmas. Zona exterior do hotel bem cuidade com bastante vegetação. Fica próximo de comércio e de um hipermercado.

Ótima localização.

Uma bela praia bem em frente ao hotel! Apenas uma vez pelos fundos através de um pequeno portão - e a família está em uma praia absolutamente linda no leste de Maiorca. E muito quieto. Os quartos estão envelhecendo, mas o banheiro e o quarto são absolutamente bons. Também estava muito quieto lá dentro. Ótimo atendimento, ampla seleção no buffet, programa variado - embora quase não o utilizássemos, pois havia muita beleza para descobrir na região ou simplesmente para relaxar na praia. Você pode pedir toalhas emprestadas - também para a praia. Umas férias maravilhosas e um lugar a ser recomendado para famílias.

O hotel é, infelizmente, muito antigo, a decoração nos quartos é realmente precárias. Além disso, os quartos são extremamente barulhentos. Todos os quartos vizinhos são claramente para ouvir, os quartos no corredor são incrivelmente alto. Em repouso antes das 23 horas é impensável, em todos os lugares as portas estalam. O único restaurante no hotel é completamente subdimensionado para uma ocupação completa. Todas as noites, o mesmo jogo, uma fila em frente ao restaurante com cerca de 30 minutos de tempo de espera em uma mesa. Se você finalmente conseguiu uma mesa, a paisagem sonora é insuportável, mesmo com duas crianças pequenas.Mas também há alguns pontos positivos a serem relatados. A equipe foi incrivelmente amistosa e atenciosa, o entretenimento entretidas as crianças. A qualidade e variedade da comida no restaurante foi muito bom, se você não encontrou nada, você não pode ajudá-lo. Um esforçou-se para a variedade, com mais ficar a comida, mas é claro repetido. Sempre tentava em todos os lugares manter tudo o mais limpo possível.Em resumo, para mim, não é suficiente para mais de três estrelas, porque a situação catastrófica dos restaurantes muito pequenos e dos quartos barulhentos é muito pesada na balança. Para mim, a relação preço-desempenho não serve para uma casa da Iberostar.

Ótimo para famílias, muitas crianças. Infelizmente, os quartos não são muito bons, precisam de ser renovados e não são de nível 4 estrelas, mas são limpos. A comida é muito boa, sabor e seleção excelente. (Os cremes para sobremesas são tipicamente creme de manteiga espanhol.) O entretenimento também foi muito bom, variado e alegre, equipe de animação dedicada. Pessoal geralmente muito amigável. Infelizmente, havia muitas pessoas na piscina para muito poucas espreguiçadeiras que eram extremamente apertadas. No entanto, você pode se sentir confortável aqui e passar ótimas férias.

Lugar perfecto para pasar unos días de descanso junto a la playa

Gracias a todo el personal por tan feliz estancia, desde el director, recepción, restaurante, cocina, pisos....todos muy atentos y prfesionales. Las terrazas y jardines muy limpios y cuidados. Comida excelente. No cabe duda que repetiremos!!!

Pense que era un mejor Hotel, no creo que deba tener 4 estrellas, la habitación si bien es grande esta muy deteriorada, los colchones son muy incómodos, viejos, hemos dormido súper mal, se sienten los resortes, creo que lo básico e indispensable en un Hotel es la comodidad de las camas. El baño tiene manchas y signos de desgaste, el dormitorio no tiene Luz, la cocina es vieja, lo ascensores, corredores y demás también estan deteriorados, en realidad el hotel necesita una modernización, es decadente, no hay relación calidad costo, es caro. La habitación está limpia. El Personal es muy amable, el Buffet es bueno y variado, la piscina es bonita, hay muchos juegos infantiles y piscina para niños pequeños, es muy familiar. Aunque el personal ha sido muy amable y se han ofrecido a cambiar los colchones, no me quedare nunca mas en este hotel, insisto lo básico es tener una buena noche de sueño y aquí no la hemos tenido.

Muy buen hotel. Excelente atención de todo el personal, mucha amabilidad se destaca. Además al reservar desde la página web y inscribiéndose en el programa obtienes buen descuento y puedes en my room elegir tu habitación, elegí studio y elegí con una vista espléndida. A metros de la playa, muy buena. Otro ítem la comida excelente, por su variedad, calidad y permanente reposición. Había mucha gente pero siempre había lugar y ningún problema de faltantes. Por mi parte elegí todo incluído no te arrepentirás, vale lo que pagas, incluida la bebida. Repito altamente recomendable.

Aged hotel but great location, food and service. Don't expect quality accommodation. Family orientated. Germans smoke everywhere even in front of the kids mini-disco stage.

Very nice food. Family friendly. Great for kids and there is a beach 1 minute away. Lots of nearby shops to spend some money at. Great place to go on holiday. 4 swimming pools.

Clean, spacious room and really close to the beach. Hotel restaurant was very good. It's a great place if you have kids, but if I was travelling without them I would pick an adults only place.

Rooms are clean but require renovation. Broad choice of food and often a creative motto. Quality of food is just average. Unfortunately some of the guests misbehave during meal or eat directly from the buffet. Disgusting. I did not like if plates are taken away from the table while we were still eating. Superb public beach directly at the hotel.

Muy buen hotel , la ubicación es perfecta, lo tiene todo de 10 pero lo mejor son los trabajadores. Desde recepción, hostelería, los de mantenimiento, limpieza,animación(mención especial al "Canario") son todos muy buenos en lo sullo. La pena que en hoteles de nuestropropio país tengamos que adaptarnos al horario de los "guiris" para todo.

The best hotel on Playa de Muro! Very nice place.

They care despite issues! Staff have boosted my mark up, they all are just amazing! Unless staff, I would rate this place closer to zero, especially if I would leave it after a first night. But my and my family's opinion changed drastically throughout 2 week stay. Once the resort is totally renovated, I would definitely come back. The story. Check in was straightforward (I leveraged online check in that the hotel sends to email in advance - convenient!) even though we only reached the hotel at midnight. But then...block #2, floor #4 (the hotel is split to multiple blocks). It's owful in everything - smell like in a hospital (corridor, elevator, room); elevator with linoleum at the floor, tiny, rather looking very old like after a disaster; room's handle is even older; fresh ocean air? forget! you would not even be able to breathe in the apartment; living room has balcony and working air conditioning (that's good news) but bedroom...it has a window into a common corridor only! and no working air conditioning system; bathroom looked better then everything else in the apartment even though required strong renovation. In the morning we were woken up by a trolley of a roomcleaner (you remember that bedroom window) and an opened balcony throughout the night didn't help with air anyhow. Hence we asked to change the apartment. Here is the opposite story starts! We were offered a room in block #5, 1st floor Although it wasn't ideal, still, in comparison, it absolutely stood out! None of the issues from the previous one, except for renovation required (probably the whole resort needs it and management says it will happen this winter!). New issues were smaller, hence we disregarded them (very few of electricity sockets, no microwave owen and no kettle, dangerously opened electricity board at the wall, veery poor sound proof especially via entry door - at first I thought I forgot to close it!!! no tulle so cannot enjoy day light or everyone stares at you). Good things about the room - cloth dryer at the balcony, enough space for belongings of 2 adults and 1 child, tv with 3 cartoon channels (English and German), fridge, working air conditioning system 😀 with climate control (just set a required temperature) , better placed to pool, sea and overall territory, separate sofa in the living room, electric cooker but we didn't dare to use when we saw exhaust hood, decent eceryday room cleaning but different time almost each day that confuses a bit, free good wi-fi (at the whole territory, actually)Other good things: again, very responsive and kind staff (reception, animators, cooks, waitresses, management and all who we faced with) - not everyone can speak or even understand English at all, though (that's a common problem acrosa Majorka!). Delicious food and selection being updated time to time (always meat, fish, veggies, fruits, drinks, cheese, etc. but fried food prevails), also children eat for free up to some age (we had half board of breakfast and lunch while dinners outside - that gave us possibility to try Spanish kitchen comprehensively and we enjoyed that much!), child pool slides, 3 pools (2 children suitable), nice territory with trees and bushes, many sunbeds in tree shadow allowing for almost whole day being out and not under a direct sun, nice towel ornaments with little surprises after room cleaning, bike rental with child seats, awesome beach and sea location as for childrenBad things or improvement required: not enough of plank beds alongside pools, child club is rather for older children - a bit careless relaying on children being well independent and organized, lavatory pans with a sole option "use all water" while being nature friendly suggest there should be economic option, when you take room key away, the whole electricity cuts so you cannot charge anything while you are out, smoking is allowed across whole territory even at children oriented events! No sport gym, no allocated hotel parking and it's challenging to find a free parking slot near hotel

Lovely hotel. Massive. Great pools. Big one &smaller, quieter one. Cleaning maids are excellent, came in every day & even did our washing up for us one day! Beach right on the door step. Great location. Had a great holiday here.

Quality of hotel is poor for a 4 star. We stayed in one of the apartments and the rooms were so old fashioned and falling apart. Bathroom leaks. Old furniture in the rooms and AC smelling of mould. I would never stay here or recommend you to stay here for many more reasons. The reception in the hotel is rubbish. They don't know when events take place in their own hotel and instead redirect you to a board on the wall to read stuff. And finally don't let me start on the food. All frozen stuff is cooked in huge quantities and looks good but tastes so bad. It's like eating food in a 1 star hotel. If food is left over during lunch you find it again at dinner and dinner stuff over breakfast and lunch. It's like I saw my left over plates served over again. Omg the water tastes like chlorine and wine is like water. The kids splash pool is cold and not heated. Which 4 star hotel doesn't have a heated kids pool?? All the drinks that are inclusive come from containers and is not like fine wine but everything is pre mixed. I can go on and on and on. But my recommendation is to find some where else.The guys at the bar are rude and pour you small drinks. If you ask for large drink they look at you like your insulting them. The soul beach restaurant shown in the pictures is not included in the all inclusive option. IceCreams like the stuff you get in supermarkets are extra. IceCreams in the lunch and dinner are made for catering and taste like milk n sugar. Omg the food is terrible and awful. Just frozen pre mixed and cooked catering food.Overall Mallorca is great place and beach is ok. If you have been to Italy you would have noted they clean the beaches each morning but here not. Plastic everywhere and straws. Food thrown all over and if you dare leave ur kids spade and bucket at the beach umbrellas overnight then you can kiss them goodbye as they get stolen.Mallorca is great place but over over over commercialised. Tons of tourists flock here so no shortage of people coming so hotels continue to lodge and serve cattle not people but you pay from the roof.Car rental is just money making business here. Smelly and dirty cars. It's just so bad the quality of the car seats with pee and muck all over from other kids. Overall they charge you huge prices for car rentals.Beaches and water is amazing but other than that you have to pay for everything. The beach umbrella is terrible services. You have to go a d find one that is not reserved and then wait for hours for the guy to come and book it if your lucky. It's called truly Manjana.My recommendation is to go to apulia or Salento In Italy. Amazing,unexplored, unspoiled and unexploited.Enjoy summerssssss.

We stayed at the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca for 1 week in July 2017. It's a lovely hotel with lots of greenery. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the main pool and the beach. There are three pools in total, with the children's including slides which my 2 year old and 4 year old loved!The restaurant has loads of food options in there and will cater for nearly everyone's needs (including Gluten Free). If you get bored of eating there every night, then there is another small restaurant, near the beach, which was fantastic on the cooler nights. We had Lobster, Clams and Squid (and fries) one night, simply choose what you want and they will cook it there and then. The kids had Chicken Nuggets so they were happy too.Finally, the location in relation to the beach is amazing, it was a 2 minute walk from the reception, you basically walk through the complex to the back and you're there on the beach! The sand was cool and the sea was shallow and warm, perfect for the kids.

Our nine day stay was most enjoyable, even though, as older guests, the hotel being geared to families, we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The only comment I make is that, as newcomers...
