Estávamos no fim de semana prolongado de dezembro e achei um lugar encantador, o design, o café da manhã, a cama, o pátio (embora estivesse frio e não pudéssemos aproveitar como gostaríamos), mas acima de tudo a equipe, principalmente a Natalia que nos ajudou com as recomendações e aluguel de carros. Com certeza voltaremos quando o tempo estiver bom e pudermos aproveitar a cobertura e o pátio.

Estuvimos en el puente de diciembre y me pareció un lugar encantador, el diseño, el desayuno, la cama, el patio ( aunque hizo frío y no pudimos disfrutarlo como hubiésemos querido), pero sobretodo el personal, especialmente a Natalia que nos ayudó con las recomendaciones y el alquiler de coche. Sin duda volveremos cuando haga buen tiempo y poder disfrutar de la azotea y el patio.

Hemos estado en el puente de la Constitución y el hotel nos ha parecido magnífico. Esta muy céntrico, todo el personal (Tania, Natalia y Nabilfenomenal con atención inmejorable) el desayuno es además excelente , inmejorable.

Place is very nice and well located, friendly staff and very nice rooms. We took their bikes and cycled all around. Just home from a fabulous three night stay at Icon Roseto. Ideally located in the heart of Palma old town, 2 min walk from lots of restaurants, bars and shops. 10 min walk from cathedrals and Louis Vuitton ( a girl has to shop😂) .Despite the central location the hotel Is so quiet and peaceful.The hotel itself is a converted old convent around a court yard. Rooms are a reasonable size considering location, beautifully and Simply decorated with A/C.There is lots of outside space in the shade and a roof top terrace and plunge pool if you want to get some rays.All staff are lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. Normal continental with eggs cooked on demand .Would 💯 recommend and we would definitely stay again on our next trip to Palma Apenas em casa de uma fabulosa estadia de três noites no Ícone Roseto. This hotel is lovely! We were very central to lovely bars and restaurants, our superior room had a gorgeous balcony to enjoy the breakfast every morning. Comfortable beds, great AC for the hot Palma days, and bikes available to go to the nearby beaches.Nabil at the front desk was a star! He accommodated us at our late night arrival and was so attentive with our questions and communicated with us quickly when we needed it. We definitely will be back! Este hotel é adorável! Estávamos muito central para bares e restaurantes encantadores, nosso quarto superior tinha uma varanda deslumbrante para desfrutar do café da manhã todas as manhãs. Camas confortáveis, ótimo AC para os dias quentes de Palma e bicicletas disponíveis para ir às praias próximas.Nabil na recepção foi uma estrela! Ele nos acomodou em nossa chegada tarde da noite e foi muito atencioso com nossas perguntas e se comunicou conosco rapidamente quando precisávamos. Nós definitivamente voltaremos!

Hemos pasado el puente de Santiago en la ciudad y no pudimos elegir mejor hotel. Desayuno de 10, zona muy tranquila y el personal es majisimo, coincidimos con Irene en recepción y no nos pudo tratar mejor. Volveremos sin duda

It’s a tiny hotel in a central location. Very uncomfortable bed, I barely could fall asleep at all. Breakfast is below average and the same every day. One very rude red hair girl at the reception. I’m a travel agent and this hotel I won’t recommend.

I think the best part of this resort is the location. Its in a really nice spot in Palma where there is alot of shopping and good food. The service was excellent but the rooms were on the smaller side (which makes sense since it is in a city I think). Overall it was a really good experience staying there and would definitely stay again.

Localização tranquila, mas central em uma pequena rua lateral. Como o hotel não é muito grande, você não se perde na multidão de hóspedes. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa e os quartos incrivelmente limpos! Há algo para todos no café da manhã e o ambiente é muito agradável, pois apenas alguns convidados estão espalhados no grande pátio. Analisa, em particular, sempre teve o cuidado de atender cada hóspede diretamente e espalhar uma energia alegre.Definitivamente vou recomendar o hotel em particular também!

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado, muy céntrico. Las habitaciones bastante bien. El desayuno excelente, Eric es súper amable y agradable. Tengo que destacar la amabilidad de la recepcionista Irene, simpática y siempre dispuesta a ayudar, hemos seguido todas sus recomendaciones y ha sido un acierto.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido fantástica!!! Ubicación perfecta para conocer el centro y lugares de interés de Mallorca!! La habitación (Mallorca) muy amplia, limpia y súper cómoda! El desayuno genial, variado y la atención inmejorable por parte de todo el personal del hotel!! En especial Irene que desde que llegamos fue encantadora, súper cercana y atenta, aconsejándonos sobre qué lugares visitar, restaurantes, bares etc… además de facilitarnos la estancia y todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. No podéis dejar de probar los perritos calientes del kiosko Alaska, increíbles!!! En el paseo del born genial para tomar algo por la tarde antes de cenar y así escuchar música en directo! Sin lugar a dudas, recomendadisimo el hotel por el trato fantástico y por las instalaciones!! Volveremos!! Patricia y Celia

Mi estancia ha sido inmejorable. En mi caso, me he hospedado unos días por motivos de trabajo y he estado muy cómoda. El hotel tiene una sala muy tranquila para poder trabajar y hacer reuniones. Debo reconocer que se trata de un hotel encantador y precioso y lo más importante, con un personal súper amable y atento. Especial mención a Nabil, Irene y Sonia, por haberme hecho sentir como en casa. Nos vemos pronto!!!

Hotel muy céntrico con personal inmejorable. Reservamos la habitación al último momento por ser un viaje de trabajo y tanto en reservas como en recepción (Nabil e Irene) me han tratado de maravilla. Se agradece poder estar en sitios donde te hacen sentir como en casa. La habitación un poco pequeña pero para una sola persona no se necesita más. Sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí en mi próximo viaje a Palma.
