Wanted to like this place but unfortunately we won't be returning.Having stayed Hilton locations we had high expectations.Our room was clean, did not smell of smoke and has a minimalist layout with a large TV on the wall. Upon checking in the person working during the daytime was nice. When we returned at night however this place was very much different. Walking to our room with our son we found a drunk guy in the hallway with his pants around his knees looking like he wanted to fight me. Two girls were trying hard to keep him on his feet. Through the walls on either side and above/below we could hear everything.Music, talking, people running, yelling all throughout the night. We did not get a good night sleep here. It didn't help that the beds were subpar and the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower. Also the night clerk seemed like he really didn't want to be there.

Quería que me gustara este lugar, pero desafortunadamente no volveremos. Habiendo estado en ubicaciones de Hilton, teníamos grandes expectativas. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia, no olía a humo y tiene un diseño minimalista con una gran televisión en la pared. Al registrarnos, la persona que trabajaba durante el día fue agradable. Sin embargo, cuando volvimos por la noche, este lugar era muy diferente. Caminando hacia nuestra habitación con nuestro hijo, encontramos a un tipo borracho en el pasillo con los pantalones alrededor de las rodillas y parecía que quería pelear conmigo. Dos chicas intentaban con todas sus fuerzas mantenerlo en pie. A través de las paredes a ambos lados y arriba / abajo podíamos escuchar todo. Música, charlas, gente corriendo, gritando durante toda la noche. No pudimos dormir bien aquí. No ayudó que las camas fueran insatisfactorias y el dispensador de jabón se cayó de la pared en la ducha. Además, el recepcionista de noche parecía que realmente no quería estar allí.

Horrível !!!!! Sala suja E cabelo por toda parte! Os trabalhadores foram agradáveis no início, então eles eram tão preguiçosos e horríveis que eu estou aqui por 2 noites que imaginei que pelo preço seria limpo e agradável! De modo nenhum! Estamos aqui como uma família por 2 noites ... nunca mais! Eles também cobraram meu cartão de crédito. Fui até a recepção para perguntar sobre isso, eles simplesmente negaram e disseram que não viram nada cobrado, mas estão cobrando por coisas extras que não estou usando:

Checking was at 3pm. Room not ready until 330pm, then it was dirty floors and no conditioner. Towel sign in bathroom said very big , put towels on the floors to be replaced, I called and very nasty tone she tell me is outside, I need to get them from the front desk. Oh conditioner 30 min and called back and she said. " all I can do is tell her, no eta sorry and hung up. Horrible staff HORRIBLE . THE WORST

Horrible !!!!! Dirty room And hair everywhere! Workers were nice at first then they were so lazy and horrible I am here for 2 night I figured for the price it would be clean and nice ! Not at all! We are here as a family for 2 night.. never again! Also they charged my credit card I went to the front desk to ask them about it they just deny it and say they see nothing charged but they are charging me for extra stuff that I’m not using :(

Por onde eu começo. Este é um dos hotéis mais decepcionantes em que nos hospedamos recentemente. É como um dormitório de faculdade moderno ou talvez uma casa de fraternidade (supondo que nunca fui a uma). O chão está sempre sujo e sempre teve coisas derramadas sobre ele. A área pública é grande e agradável. No entanto, esta é a hora do COVID. Eu entendo que é difícil para a administração fazer cumprir as regras de distanciamento social com seus próprios clientes. Mas você pode fechar a área como o que outros restaurantes estão fazendo. A mesa de bilhar tinha mais de 10 pessoas reunidas em torno dela com máscara de queixo ou sem máscara. A sala está tentando adotar um estilo minimalista. Mas isso não. É estranho. Tem muitas arestas vivas e curvas difíceis. Continuamos batendo nos móveis e nosso filho tropeçou e caiu no chão. A água do chuveiro é tão fraca que, literalmente, levei 10 minutos para enxaguar o cabelo. Não é para famílias. Talvez funcione se você estiver viajando sozinho ou a negócios.

Excelente hotel , fuimos al de forkwork dallas y quedamos encantados, desayuno amplio , baños súper limpios , habitación súper moderna , buena atención , así que estamos reservando para San Antonio en el mismo hotel 🏨😍😍😍😍

Where do I start. This is one of the most disappointing hotels we’ve stayed at recently. It’s like a modern college dorm or a maybe frat house (guessing since I’ve never been to one). The floor is always dirty and always had things spilled on it. The public area is big and nice. However, this is COVID time. I understand it’s difficult for management to enforce social distancing rules with its own customers. But you can close down the area like what other restaurants are doing. The pool table had 10+ people gathering around it with chin mask or no mask. The room is trying to adopt a minimalist style. But it’s not. It’s awkward. It has lots of sharp edges and hard turns. We kept bumping into furniture and our son tripped and fell on the floor. Water in shower is so weak it literally took me 10 min to rinse my hair clean. It’s not for families. Maybe it’ll work if you’re traveling solo or on business.

I’m a Hilton member and travel a lot. This hotel was very clean and the gentlemen working at the front desk during check out was amazing. They had more options for the grab and go breakfast then the other hotels I’ve been staying at. The hotel was clean and I didn’t have one complaint. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Este foi um bom lugar para ficar. Foi perto de nossa filha e genro e fácil de chegar e sair, da Interstate. Eles tiveram alguma construção acontecendo em nosso chão que eu atribuo a adquirir tal um acordo bom em nossa permanência. A construção causou a minha esposa alguns problemas devido à forma como as indicações de direcções de sala de leitura e as portas corta-fogo para o nosso hall está fechado. Eu achei imensamente divertido. San Antonio foi divertido para visitar e o tempo estava ótimo. O tráfego ao redor é terrível. Não gostaria de morar lá.

This was a nice place to stay. It was close to our daughter and son-in-law and easy to get to and from, from the interstate. They had some construction going on on our floor which I attribute to getting such a good deal on our stay. The construction caused my wife some problems because of the way the room directions signs read and the fire doors to our hall being closed.I found it immensely amusing. San Antonio was fun to visit and the weather was great.The traffic around there is terrible though. Wouldn't want to live there.

Eu amo esse lugar!!!! Reservei neste hotel porque queria algo próximo a Lackland e Trabalhou great !!! Lovely Staff, recepção recepcionista Samantha Cumprimentou-me com um sorriso e foi muito útil informando-me do restaurante ao redor da área. Joe foi outro membro da equipe que estava sempre certificando-se de que temos uma estadia agradável. Ele ligou o aquecedor na piscina para nós. Eu também amei os quartos e decoração.

¡¡¡¡Amo este lugar!!!! Reservé en este hotel porque quería algo cerca de Lackland y funcionó de maravilla! Personal encantador, recepcionista de recepción Samantha me saludó con una sonrisa y fue muy servicial al informarme sobre el restaurante de la zona. Joe era otro miembro del personal que siempre se aseguraba de que tuviéramos una estancia agradable. Encendió el calentador en la piscina para nosotros. También me encantaron las habitaciones y la decoración.

I LOVE this place!!!! I booked at this hotel because I wanted something close to Lackland and it worked out great!!! Lovely Staff, front desk receptionist Samantha Greeted me with a smile and was very helpful informing me of the eatery around the area. Joe was another staff member that was always making sure that we have a pleasant stay. He turned on the heater on the swimming pool for us. I also loved The rooms and decor.
