A beachfront location plush beds and classic architecture are just a few of the draws for our guests at the non-smoking Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club Autograph Collection. The hotel occupies a renovated 1940 Art Deco building with terrazzo floors and original lobby columns where guests are greeted with complimentary drinks at check-in. There are 352 guestrooms on 14 floors some of which feature ocean views and/or balconies. You'll feel revived after a good night's sleep between 300-thread-count cotton-rich sheets on a plush mattress with separate mattress topper. Rooms also feature HDTVs with premium channels. A tropically landscaped outdoor pool and deck offer swimming and sunning enjoyment. The hotel also has a spa tub and poolside massage services. Make your way down to the white-sand beach and behold the Atlantic Ocean in all its turquoise glory. Towels are provided and beach and water sports equipment are available for rental nearby. The surfside tiki bar serves lunch happy hour and dinner and the hotel also has an Italian restaurant and a cafe serving three meals and a plentiful breakfast buffet. “En estética esta a la altura de cualquier 4 estrellas de la Collins ,también en oferta de servicios es standar ,el personal se.esmera por brindar buena atención, sin embargo crítico quese facturan una vez que una hace el check out conceptos que no fueron informados como con costo adicional, al registrarse . El valet parking más allá del personal súper amable es lento ya que dejan los vehículos en estacionamiento a varias cuadras y al estar en obra la calle el tránsito hace que resulta dificultoso el acceso . El servicio de habitación tuve que pedirlo así como el cambio de toallas, jamás ni en un3 estrellas tuve que reclamar algo básico como eso. No es agradable volver de andar el día entero y encontrar la habitación y el baño comoo quedó por la mañana. Algo super agradable el espacio de piscina , restaurante , masajes frente al mar y la salida a la playa con todas las comodidades de destacar . Algo positivo que agregar el lugar que vende café take away, bebias y comidajusto enfrente , regenteado por Argentinos un must, atención, precio , variedad y calidad”

“We had 2 main issues while staying here, the first being the discovery of ants in the bed frame the mattress lays on. The staff did get it clean and we didn't see any more ants but it's just not something you'd expect at a place that is so expensive. Second is while the staff was very nice they were pretty obviously understaffed and it effects the experience pretty severely, like waiting 1.5 hrs for a valet parked car or 1hr for a beach towel and chair assignment.I'm sure COVID is apart of the issue and also the busy time between Christmas and New Years, but once again for a premium hotel you expect the issues to be known and planned for. Nice location good food usually helpful staff and nice decor and comfortable furniture save this rating from being lower.”
