Óptima localização. O pequeno almoço é razoável. Peca em termos de limpeza pois dizem que, para preservar o ambiente, fazem limpeza aos quartos e muda de toalhas apenas a pedido dos hóspedes. Ridículo

Com localização central. Perto do aeroporto a cerca de 300 DKK do hotel. Pessoal simpático e educado. Bom café da manhã. 2 restaurantes onde um serve sanduíches abertos e o outro refeição de 7 pratos. Hotel antigo, mas charmoso. Vista da praça da prefeitura

Era um quarto legal, ficamos 2 dias lá, mas não havia aquecimento e ficamos abaixados e falamos 3 vezes, mas eles não fizeram nada a respeito e quando você precisava tomar banho havia apenas duas configurações, água fervente ou gelo frio. E 3 canais + todos os estrangeiros não eram tão legais. Escreviam que tinha tomadas ao lado das camas, mas não havia, era apenas uma ao lado da TV.

Muito central, excelente em frente ao parque de diversões Tivoli. Ótimo para caminhar até os restaurantes do museu, supermercados e garagens do outro lado da rua 50 euros por noite no dia 30 de novembro

The room was nice and spacious, the people in the breakfast are doing an absolutely great job and the hotel location is just uncomparable. However during the check in, I got received by a lady in a quite not welcoming way, which made the rest of my stay not feeling 100% OK thus the 3 stars.

Modo de canhão! Mas uma equipe descomprometida. Para dizer o mínimo, café da manhã medíocre - primeiro com longas filas para a sala de café da manhã, depois longas filas para o próprio buffet. Se você quiser limpar o quarto, isso deve ser relatado na noite anterior - perdemos isso. Nos detalhes, a ausência de hospitalidade é perceptível e o objetivo é dar o mínimo possível com o máximo (dinheiro) possível.

Great location - bang on Rådhuspladsen (town square), close to the beginning of walking street. Decent breakfast - staff forgets to ensure that badics (like orange juice) does not run out. Overall experience with staff was 3 out of 4. Experience with room service was 1 / 4. I was asked by reception during check in if I would like my room to be cleaned every day, during my stay for 3 nights. I said yes and the receptionist gracefully confirmed thar it will be done. How ever, during my stay my room was not cleaned even once. Not even towels were replaced. I has to ring up the reception on third night of stay to remind them that Scandic hotels is in hotel business and that basics need to be addressed even if they fall flat after setting high expectations. Corridors in the hotel are spacious, but the carpets smelled foul. And every time some one banged a room door in a floor above you, you hear it loud inside the room and feel the vibration. Over all, poor experience. Will neither use this hotel in the future nor recommend it to any one.

Registrado em uma sala que estava um passo acima da sala original. Na sala, parecia um vagão de trem saindo da porta do banheiro. Tive que manter essa porta aberta para evitar o som. Cama dura, pequeno travesseiro e pequeno edredom duplo. Não durmo bem. Quando colocamos a água na pia pela manhã ela estava amarela !! Mesmo no chuveiro !! Então, nós check-out e não temos nenhum comentário sobre isso, embora tenhamos reservado duas noites. Quando apontamos os erros, eles disseram que nunca tinham ouvido isso antes. Nenhuma compensação também. Muito ruim e chato! Pegamos a última noite no Hotel Nimb, que era realmente de alta classe.

Very big, old-fashioned with relatively small rooms that are basic and not always best mentained. Location is good just at the start of the long shopping street. We didn't liked the service and attitude

Nice staff, good location, but too loud. Thin walls, lots of thumping and banging, you can hear loud music from some nearby club. All rooms seem to have this problem. Would not recommend.

Nice place in the centre of the city, breakfast pretty good with a lot of selection. Nice personnel very kind and helpful. Only the room with some details left some questions marks to us, TV on the wrong side of the wall mounted, sewer from the shower cabine with the wrong incline always wet in the bath room. We would give 4.5 🌟

Es un gran hotel, céntrico, col los mejores servicios que puedes esperar de un hotel de su categoría. El personal que nos atendió fue educado y amable, nos dieron la habitación mucho antes del horario de check-in normal, que con el frío que hacia siempre de agradece. Las habitaciones eran cálidas y espaciosas. No grandes pero suficientes. La cama era cómoda. El cuarto de baño perfecto. Habitación muy bien climatizada y sobre todo, muy muy silenciosa. Aunque cerca hay una iglesia que da las campanadas cada cuarto u a en punto que bueno....una vez es divertido pero cada 15 minutos es un poco pesado, aunque por la noche cesan. Dentro del hotel se encuentran un bar y un restaurante y, aunque no entramos, ambos estaban muy animados por la noche con bastante trasiego de personas. La pinta de ambos era muy apetecible y agradable de pasar un rato en ellos. Nada malo que destacar. Sobre el desayuno no puedo decir nada porque no pudimos hacer uso del mismo. Ubicación perfecta en el centro de la ciudad, pudiendo ir caminando a casa punto interesante de la misma, con lo que lo recomiendo tanto si se está por negocios como por turismo. Ha sido un acierto total.

Hermoso hotel ubicado frente al Ayuntamiento de Copenhague y a 100 metros del Parque Tivoli y de la estación central de trenes. Esta cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes. Es de 4 estrellas pero está muy bueno. Tiene dos restaurantes. Muy recomendable.

Antiguo hotel remodelado, está situado en pleno centro de Copenhague. Buen desayuno, atención de los empleados y limpio. Lo mejor la situación, en pleno centro comercial y con metro y autobuses a 100 m. Recomendable

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia muy agradable. El edificio es de principio del siglo XX, pero con una reforma bastante adecuada que mantiene el estilo antiguo. Ubicación perfecta. El personal muy servicial y amable. Nuestra habitación aunque daba a un patio interior, muy limpia, espaciosa y confortable. El desayuno estupendo.
