I don’t want to be this person, but there’s not much positive to say about the hotel. Here are some good things: - the breakfasts are tasty. We were there late September/early October and I got the impression the selection got worse in October. - the staff. Everyone (except the bald older man) at the reception was so nice and extremely helpful - the location. It is peaceful and a lot of lovely spots in a walking distance from a hotel. So, that’s it. Let’s start with the rooms. No idea why this was marked as 4 stars. Maybe 30-40 years ago. It’s now a strong 2 star hotel, not more than that. The beds are probably one of the worst beds I’ve slept on my entire life. I was waking up with a backache every single morning. Our room was clean and functioning though, I’ve heard that wasn’t the case for everyone. The buffet. Well, let’s just say the food’s quality wasn’t great. I was expecting something a lot better than a cauliflower with cheese and totally dried and gummy chicken skewer. The desserts were quite good though. The reception man. The last night we were trying to go to sleep early, as we had to wake up around 6 am to leave, by early I mean 11:30 pm. The people next to us were really, really loud, playing music, yelling and laughing loudly. I asked the reception man nicely to contact them and ask them to be a bit more quiet as we are trying to sleep. He said he’ll pay them a visit but for the next 40 minutes there was no reaction whatsoever. My husband came down to ask him again and he was clearly annoyed by the request, acted arrogantly and finally called the loud room but his attitude was horrible. Really rude man so when you’re there try to talk to someone else. So, yes, the breakfasts are not bad. However, staying in the noise topic, you can get a migraine from being there for too long. And I’m not talking about the people in the cafeteria. I’m talking about staff handling the dishes. There is a constant loud noise of glasses and plates hitting each other, shattered glass and them literally throwing the dishes around. I get it, it makes noise, but there is no designated area and the whole scene takes place in the middle of cafeteria. I’m not sure about the peak of the season but when we were there the hotel life was almost non-existent. There were some concerts and a magic show. Last one was an absolute cringe festival tho. The outside pools where pretty much useless. With an outside temperature around 24-27 Celsius degrees the water was freezing cold. The sea was sooo much better and warmer. They should think about heating system for the pools outdoors. To sum things up, I don’t see a single reason to go back there. We had the best time in Mallorca, but probably because we were not spending time in the hotel at all.

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff. Room a little dated however it was so clean it didn't matter. We stayed as a family of 3 and I would say that the 3rd bed was a bit squashed in and made it difficult to get to the wardrobe but we didn't spend a large amount of time in the room. The hotel offers a little shuttle service which is great as it is a little far out and taxis difficult to get (didn't see any buses either). The beach at Puerto Alcudia is really nice. The pools are lovely (deep) and the views are stunning. The food was good during our stay and the staff all friendly. The snack bar is basic for all inclusive but it was all we needed. I would stay here again but only if I was going for 5 days just because of the distance between the hotel and Puerto Alcudia.

Very good service from helpful staff. Very clean. Poor access and long walk to town. Rooms ok , but why have a fridge with nothing in it? Also no way to make a drink. Pools are nice but small plenty of seats. Pool bar gives good service but why do you need to pay for food when you are all inclusive. Only free food sandwiches.

Currently staying here, excellent hotel, staff very friendly & helpful, hotel is spotless, I read previous reviews stating it was tired and lots of lizards we've not seen one insect or lizard.👍 Quiet residential location but a beautiful little cove right across the road from hotel. Rooms are spotless cleaning can't be faulted & 3 lovely pools choose from. There's a lovely restaurant just 50m from hotel on left! Courtesy bus to Alcudia Port or 10 euros in a taxi. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 👌 Only negative point is that at breakfast there's not enough staff on to clear the tables timeously, on our first day we just cleared a table ourselves, it wasn't a problem !👍🌞🇪🇸

If you want to spend your holiday sitting by a hotel pool, with access to a decent bar, good food and a view of the sea, this is a perfect hotel for you. Especially if you are keeping fitness in mind... The gym is fab and often empty. If you want to explore the island a car is recommended. The hotel sorted this for us with no issues. You will need to use the shuttle if you prefer sitting on a sandy beach. Based on other reviews, it sounds like some rooms are better than others. The 6th floor, set up with twin beds was awesome for us. I would say the rooms are smaller than travel lodges / premier inn users are used to, but are plenty big enough, unless you plan to sit in them all day. We were on a b&b basis. Breakfast can't be faulted, if anything there is too much choice ! Dinner cost €17pp if wanted, and again lots of choice and great quality. Not a hotel for people looking for a vibrant night life, great if you enjoy the peaceful life.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful and friendly staff. Well kept and clean with wonderful views of the sea. A private beach, the all inclusive pack includes a variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks and grants access to wonderful facilities. Rooms are outdated but still well maintained. Breakfast and lunch were very consistent and the dinner options are amazing. Shuttle service to Port D’Alcudia included and also the golf course is not far from the hotel. Balconies in the room perfect for a late night drink or morning coffee. Staff 10/10 (Informant, Hospitable, Multi-lingual) Food 9/10 ( Fresh seafood and good cuts of meat) Room 7.5/10 (2 per room is recommended but you can squeeze 3) Access to local attractions 9/10 (Free shuttle service and reasonable taxi fare) Will definitely be back again!

Rooms are 20 years outdated. Beds might as well be a plank of wood. Double beds are two single beds on wheels that keep moving. Bring a book when at reception as you will be there for most of the afternoon as they are so slow. Very nice people but extremely slow. View is really nice as well as pools. I would recommend a car as there isn't much nearby.

I stayed at this hotel in September with my partner. She suffers from asthma. We woke up one day to loud noises coming from other rooms in the corridor. The hotel was carrying out construction work...

Room OK, staff OK, management not OK, food really terrible they should not be on jet2 holidays list ,a disgrace breakfast cold eggs scrambled or fried, the food was not what you expect from a 3 star...
