We always enjoy staying at a Home2 Suites hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and have nice kitchenette areas with a full size fridge. Kayla at check in was very helpful with my request for a low floor since we do not use elevator. Has a place to walk your dogs; very clean hotel; pleased I chose this Hilton on 95. Well let me first say the location was convenient and parking was suitable. The breakfast was pretty decent, can't complain. The pool area was kept clean and it was convenient that it was indoors. HOWEVER....We stayed there for 4 nights and they never cleaned our room. We would see housekeeping on our floor as we left our room, but would come back to an untouched room. We had to go down to reception to get more pillows, towels, toilet paper, etc. Then they decided to rip out and replace the carpet on the 4th floor hallway so all ( family) of ourshoes were destroyed by carpet glue. Then, even worse...we found a used bandaid at the foot of our bed after the kids rolled around the bed for a few minutes ! Horrible experience.Never again.
