“Great location. Great Hotel. Great staff. Mohammed went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Without question this was one of the safest places to stay with security welcoming everyone and checking keys. Also, temp scans and cleanliness. Everything is close by including food and shopping. Couldn't ask for better stay. Great job.”

“First trip to NYC and I wanted to stay in a hotel with character, The New Yorker has all that. The customer service that I got was very impressive. I had some confusion on my end with payment, the hotel manager himself called and made it convenient for me in what I was trying to accomplish. He even gave me detailed direction on getting to the hotel. It is an older hotel with the older style of customer service. We all know customer service is very different now, The New Yorker still has that 1 on 1 that will make you feel safe and like you are somebody not just anybody.. Top recommendation for NYC.”
